  • "Penpwmp is just right for us, cozy & comfortable."

Great location. Well equipped. We had a very enjoyable week, lots of walking you can do from the house. I guess the main road could be busy in the summer, but off season not too intrusive at all.

  • "You have not highlighted that there is very busy main road which runs extremely close to the cottage from 7am to 8pm in including lorries, which impacted on listening to t."

V or having a conversation especially when the window is open, as we had good weather, and beings there is nowhere to sit outside or even to leave a door open, with it being straight on the road, you had to open a window for fresh air. You also had to climb over bed to get in and out if you slept near the wall. It was not very clean, awful smell in kitchen cupboard, cobwebs on ceilings, when opening windows upstairs, which hv been there for ages as all window frames were very dirty. Skirting boards were dirty as well.

I'm really sorry your experience was not as you expected. We've tried hard to highlight the lack of outside space, and the position, on a corner adjoining the main road can mean traffic noise at busy times. The cleaning issues have been noted and quickly dealt with. Again, apologies. Bed access is stated in the description and clear in the photos, sorry you missed it. We hope you'll return at a quieter time of year. Property Owner
