Llwyn Y Fesen is a traditional, homely detached cottage peacefully placed in the Carmarthenshire countryside, one mile from the town of Ammanford, on the way to Betws Mountain.

With the beautiful South Wales coast, the Brecon Beacons and a number of charming towns and villages nearby, this is the perfect location for families, groups of friends or couples to stay whilst exploring this wonderful area.

This property is accessed through a convenient utility area, after a day of exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park you can take off your boots and put your muddy clothes straight in the washing machine/dryer.

Just off of the utility is a stylish tiled shower room/WC for your convenience.

Step through into the glistening kitchen/diner, this spacious room offers immaculate fixtures and fittings with plenty of dining furniture for everybody to enjoy each mealtime together.

Take the stairs to discover the three first floor bedrooms, all are finished to a lovely standard with antique bed frames and wooden beams bringing a sense of charm.

When the sun comes out, make the most of the outstanding gardens at the cottage, with well-kept lawns and delightful seating areas for everybody to enjoy.

Ammanford offers a fantastic range of amenities for you to take advantage of, it also proves to be an excellent access point for touring with walking and cycling routes all around the area.

A short drive takes you to the waterside town of Carmarthen, a place with an array of things to see and do, it makes for a great day out.

Ammanford is a community and town in the county of Carmarthenshire overlooking views of the River Towy and Dinfwr National Park.The town of Llandybie is 2.3 miles away which offers an array of local amenities such as a characterful pub, takeaways and local shop and butchers, as well as a link to the picturesque Heart of Wales railway line and its own golf course. A good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are available in the village and the immediate area is full of activities including golfing, swimming, tennis, surfing and horse riding to name but a few. The working village of Cwmllynfell in Neath, Port Talbot on the edge of the Black Mountains in 9 miles away. The mining town of Llanelli is 13.7 miles away near the River Loughor.
