  • "A lovely place to stay with plenty to do in the area after a short drive."

There is a rail track that runs close by, but it never bothered me. definitely will stay here again next year!

  • "Very friendly hosts."

Lovely cabin. Lovely and warm and comfortable. Small and compact. A fold down bed would have been better to allow more space during the day, but out exploring most of the time so no real issue for us. Would definitely stay again.

  • "The host was lovely and made sure the shepherd's hut was kitted out for the week, including keeping the fire pit wood topped up :) They gave us privacy but were also on hand if needed."

The shepherd's hut was a great place to come back to each day, to sit out and cook on the outdoor fire (Vegan BBQs here!), under the stars, and a very sweet and cosy place to stay. It was in a great location for exploring (whatever the weather) both the Camarthenshire and Pembrokshire coast paths, castles, iron age hill forts, fantastic beaches, Laugharne and the estuary. Thank-you so much!

  • "Lovely and cosy hut."

Left alone to your own devices by the farmer. Is near to places such as Tenby with it's beautiful beach amongst other places. fantastic shower and basically has most mod cons you need. Had a phone signal which was a bonus so could do the bit of work that needed to be done whilst away. All in all a lovely stay. (The one down side was a train track near by that had major trains wizzing passed but it's not that bad).

  • "Really cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is surprising well equipped considering it's size, as is the shower room."

The location is a very pretty farmyard with some very friendly cows. There is a train line that runs quite close but the trains don't run super often and the track is set down in a valley so it's not too loud. The firepit / BBQ was a really nice touch as well. We would definitely stay again in future.
