The property

Clarbeston Road 3.5 miles.

A beautiful detached barn conversion adjacent to the owners’ home, situated just a short drive from the quaint little village of Clarbeston Road, ten miles from the town of Haverfordwest.

This superb cottage is perfect at any time of the year and is an ideal getaway for friends or a romantic break for couples who are looking for somewhere lovely to retreat to.

Set over two floors, there is a delightful king-size double bedroom with balcony, a great place to sit and relax, plus also on the first floor is a luxurious bathroom, and the other bedroom, a double is downstairs.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area leading into a cosy sitting room with woodburner, what better way to end the day then to curl up in front of the stove after a lovely long walk.

Outside, you can sit on the patio and look down across the gently sloping lawn to the wooded area, and there’s also the convenience of off road parking for two cars.

This charming cottage is situated close to the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, most of it being accessible within a 30 minute drive; it wraps around the county from the Preselli Hills to the north, around to the west with the stunning St Brides Bay dotted with fabulous little coves and beaches and then to the south, where you will find the popular resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.

You’re ideally placed to visit the Llys y Fran Country Park and Reservoir, which is a haven for wildlife, and for those who fancy a little more of a white knuckle experience, why not take a trip to Oakwood Theme Park or head to the all-weather waterpark of the Blue Lagoon?

An ideal tranquil retreat.
