Very clean and great location. Away from the road so very quiet. Enclosed large rear garden was the biggest success. Our working cocker spaniel loved it and made our time there more enjoyable knowing he wasn’t going anywhere else! Narberth and the surrounding area great.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and really tastefully furnished. Having a utility was a massive bonus especially with the dog. The garden is excellent and the size is fantastic. We loved the location too being off the beaten track but close enough to get everywhere. Superb accommodation which we would love to use again. Thank you so much.

  • "Perfect cottage in a quiet rural location but in easy reach of the stunning coast."

Safe secure garden for the dog - post and rail fencing with stock wire. You can access the garden from driveway via small gates aswell as from the utility and patio doors at the back of the house which is ideal. Super views from the back. Cottage lovely and warm - considering the sub zero temperatures and ice we experienced! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped and a proper freezer is always a bonus. Really useful utility room with sink, washing machine etc and access to garden. TV with free view and dvd player, great phone reception and good WiFi. Owners really helpful and friendly, easy to contact if needed, but not intrusive at all - they live opposite. There are steps up to front door from drive and a step down into garden from the utility. A perfect winter holiday and we will definitely book to return here very soon to this great cottage in a beautiful part of Wales.

Loved how it wasnt overlooked at the back and the dog was very happy with the size of the garden. very small criticism, the tv was a little dissapointing ( No sky or netflix etc) but that was only an issue because we had our young grandson with us. Nice relaxing week away. Thankyou

We love the cottage and the surroundings, our young daughter loves watching the farm animals too! The cottage is clean and well equipped. At the end of our stay our daughter asked if we could stay longer or if we could "take the cottage home" with us! We very much hope to return again to this wonderful cottage!

We would definitely stay here again as its out of the way but close enough to the towns. Lovely spacious rooms and had everything we need in there. We had perfect weather on our stay too . The cottage has a few nice walks nearby too which we made the most of. The hosts made us feel very welcome with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes and a welcome pack with a list of nearby places to visit. • "We have stayed twice before at this property and a few things have been updated which was good."

We couldn’t find instructions for the new hob and oven but did manage to work it out in the end, We did think the lawn could have done with a mow as this would have made it more enjoyable to sit out in the garden especially as we had a dog. Apart from these little things we enjoyed our stay and the weather was very good. Probably try another cottage in the area next time.

  • "I was just curious as on the property listing it says "Move down the hallway to find your two sleeping spots comprised of a king-size and a twin room" yet the main bed is most definitely a double!"

! This certainly didn't prevent us from having a very enjoyable stay. That comment aside the cottage was warm and welcoming and we would definitely stay again. It was clean and spacious, and very well equipped.

Thank you for your feedback, please accept our apologies on behalf of Sykes for the information about the bed not being a king size, its a double, sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Property Owner

  • "Cottage and location was lovely."

...only negative is the comfort of beds, unfortunately the double was too short for my partner who is average 5'10. Single beds were ok for children but could feel springs in mattresses. Supplies in the cottage could have been improved with a few essential items like antibacterial surface wipes, or a cloth and spray..no washing powder or liquid for washing machine which even a few capsules would have been helpful and there was no tin foil or baking paper for cooking. But overall we enjoyed our stay, the children loved the large garden and four legged neighbours.

  • "The cottage was extermely well placed to explore Pembrokeshire, it was a good size and very clean."

The garden was lovely and enclosed for the dogs. My only suggestions would be the double bed was a bit uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade to a king, and the duvets hardly covered the bed so ended up being on one side or the other, even the single my son was in kept falling off, so I would suggest a size up from the bed size, i.e., double duvet on the single and king on the double. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would go again.

  • "The dish washer wasn't working properly."

It ran the programme with cold water. Wouldn't heat up no matter what programme was used thereby not cleaning properly. A paddock was pictured on the advert (we have been before) We was told we couldn't use it by new owners yet picture of it was on ad. Owner said they had animals in there. The paddock was empty the whole week we were there. Its the main reason we booked again thinking our greyhounds could have a proper gallop in said paddock. They shouldn't have picture on ad if it's not for holiday makers to use. All in all very disappointed because our greyhounds don't have a gallop very often and was looking forward to having them off the lead.

We are sorry to hear you had an issue with the dishwasher. We clearly state that if any guest experiences any fault with equipment or has any queries, they should contact us directly on the telephone number provided in the cottage or by directly speaking to us (we live opposite the cottage). Unfortunately, we had not been made aware of the issue with the dishwasher during your stay, we would have made every effort to rectify it as soon as possible if it had been reported to us. With regards to the field adjoining the cottage, there is no mention in the property description that access to that field is included with rental of the cottage, the photo simply depicts the view from the cottage garden. The adjoining field is private farmland belonging to the other property and has livestock in it, therefore access to the field is not permitted for the safety of guests, their pets and the livestock. The cottage has a large, enclosed garden ideal for dogs to exercise off the lead, there are also numerous countryside and woodland walks accessible on foot direct from the cottage. Property Owner
