    !

Sorry that the double bed was too hard for you. It is a silentnight orthopeadic mattress and many guests that have used it have commented on how well they have slept . Just so all our mattress are different one of the others is a firm mattress and the other is a soft one. Property Owner

  • "We found the pans terribly warn need replacing."

We found rotting vegetables in a straw draw. Found crumbs under sofa cushions toy car and hair bands under furniture and dog hairs!! So although the cottage was in a very nice area we were disappointed with its cleanliness and the pots and pans etc as we don’t eat out and need to use what’s provided

We, the owners, were extreme saddened to read the guests feedback. The cottage has been available to rent for the last 4 years , we live next door, and we have received very good feedback from nearly all those who sent it. We always tell each new arrival of guests that if they have any problems , requests or things they need ,to please speak to us so we can rectify things ( thankfully this rarely happens). The guests chose not to report any of their points to us during their weeks stay but instead chose to contact Sykes cottages on their arrival home. Yes there are some old pans kept at the back of the pan cupboard that are only for use on the BBQ if needed rather than guests using the brand new set of NEFF saucepans that are for kitchen use only. The guests requested financial compensation which we declined to give. Property Owner

A lovely pub opposite the castle also in wlakojg distance. Very easy to drove into Temby, and lots of nearby activities for families within a 4 minute drive. kitchen is immaculate and all the essentials available for cooking. Two bedrooms upstairs are well catered for, although the double bed itself is a bit snug, tucked in between 2 cupboards. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and their little dog is sweet and friendly! I would recommend this property to stay if you wish to explore the Tenby area, thanks for a great holiday!

Very quiet and peaceful village and the neighbours were all very friendly. Maurice and Nicola were very attentive hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Our only minor criticism is that the garden at the front of the cottage was not separate from the owners area so we couldn’t just let the dog out without keeping an eye on him. A small fence and gate would solve this issue. Otherwise perfect
