It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The site and staff were all so lovely too. Just two things to mention and was not a problem for us but some people like moaning. The kitchen tap which was mentioned anyway and there was no spare key. We had the perfect time so thank you x

The lodge was spacious, well maintained and had everything we could ask for. The park itself had a great swimming pool, with a nearby games area and cafe, which served our purposes well. We had a great time! Thank you!

  • "The property was spacious and very well equipped."

The setting is great and I can imagine a holiday there in warmer weather would be lovely. The things we were disappointed about were the restaurant was closed all week, there was no shop, and the hot tub was out of action for a few days but it was eventually mended. The wifi on my devices was non existent and the signal was very poor.

Hello, thanks for your comments. As part of the PantGlas Holday Resort we have no control over unexpected closures of the restaurant or Pool hot tub, but these are rare and usually rectified quickly. We do now have super BT Broadband! Hope to see you again! Property Owner

It was a lovely cottage but there is not a hot tub which is advertised with this cottage the people are really friendly The co op they tell you about takes 30 minutes in a car not 10 minutes The shop on site is for very basic items few items Unless you have a car you should not go as it is a place in the wonderful country side

Thank you for your lovely comments, we are happy to learn that you had enjoyed your stay with us. In terms of your comments about the tot tub, this is advertised on our website as a shared on-site facility alongside the swimming pool, gym etc. I can only apologise for any misunderstanding. • "Very nice place with lots of things to do nearby."

The only grumble would be that the lodge is too well equipped. At times it did feel like living in someone else’s house A lot of out of date food in the cupboards that needed throwing out before we could fit our food in! Other than that it is lovely and we had a great time. Kids loved it.

The property

Llandeilo 8 miles. In a row of just four detached lodges, in a secluded wooded area in Pantglas Hall - Holiday Lodges and Leisure Club, Llanfynydd near Llandeilo, this charming holiday lodge offers a perfect peaceful spot to relax and unwind. A wonderful holiday base all year round, guests can sit out on the veranda or the balcony together, sipping a drink, or watching TV beside the warming woodburner.

Newly installed BT Broadband will keep you connected ..if you want! The comfortable accommodation is both spacious and very well equipped, so all ages will enjoy time in the open plan living space or in one of the bedrooms. With a breakfast table in the recently renovated kitchen area and a larger dining table in the sitting area, meals together will be a time to enjoy each other's company. A ground floor bedroom and newly fitted bathroom also offers guests with limited mobility an enjoyable holiday, and the two other bedrooms offer great variation for all ages, and share a bathroom. Looking out from the lodge, you will see the beautifully converted stone coach house, which is within a three-minute walk and houses a cafe/pub (which also offers basic provisions), a licensed restaurant, a delightful children's play room, a pool/darts room, snooker room and a table tennis room, as well as a picturesque open courtyard with seating. Just below this beautiful setting is a bridge over a small river, which offers far-reaching countryside views. Wandering through the park, up wooden steps through the trees, takes you to the leisure complex where a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, sauna and fully-equipped gym open all year round, and for outdoor fun there are two all-weather tennis courts, a crazy golf course, a children's play area and a small football area. With such extensive facilities on hand, your holiday will be a pleasure without leaving the complex, but a short drive away takes you to the spectacular Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) or the equally scenic Welsh coastline. Days out at nature reserves, exploring historic castles or maybe some retail therapy can be ended with an evening swim or choose a challenge at one of the other games on-site. A perfect family destination all year round.
