  • "Beautiful cottage, great for a couple and two children (it was hard to fit adult on the beds upstairs but still managable)."

Cottage with the character and fire place is a bonus. :) Garden was not really usable as not maintained at all but I would not expect this in this weather anyway. Quite far from any of the town centres unless you drive. If you drive, Tenby and Soudersfoot is only minutes away and these are beautiful places to see so as the coast, stunning views. Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage.

Hi Zuzanna yes unfortunately due to the dire weather we were unable to mow the lawns. They are being done as we speak due to some dry weather. Glad you enjoyed your stay best wishes Melanie Property Owner

  • "Lovely cottage, well located & very cosy."

Clear communication with the owner re keys and answering any questions that I had. The welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk & welsh cakes was very welcome after a long journey as was the log basket as the weather wasn't on my side!!! The cottage has everything that you would wish for including a secure garden which the dog loved - its a bit of a wasted space though if you haven't got a dog and some garden landscaping & tlc would go a long way. Would definitely book again and really enjoyed my stay.

Has everything you'd need for a weeks stay. The only thing that lets it down is the front garden and back garden are unkept. Lots of weeds and the grass hadnt been cut. Other than that a great place.

  • "I would highly recommend Cobweb Cottage Such a lovely stay."

My partners son loved his mezzanine bedroom Everything you could possibly need was supplied and we couldn’t resist having a cosy fire at night It’s central to get to places and having parking right out front made a massive difference We will be back again that’s for sure!

  • "The bed was comfortable but the settee was extremely uncomfortable and too low."

We had to place a kitchen chair near the stairs as my husband hit his head against the metal staircase. We couldn't use the back garden as it was overgrown. The most expensive cottage we've ever stayed at but only average quality. No welcome pack other than a pint of milk. Won't revisit and don't recommend it.

Hi I’m sorry that you felt the cottage was only average quality. There should have been a welcome pack containing tea bags, coffee and Welsh cakes I will contact my cleaner to find out why this didn’t happen. The sofa is less than 12 months old and we have never had any complaints about it before. Property Owner

We had difficulty finding the property but the owner helped us. We were very comfortable in the cottage and had all we needed. The only improvement I would suggest is an upgrade of garden furniture.

As we were summer visitors and the weather was very good we would have liked to spend time in the garden, unfortunately the 2 seats that were provided were not comfortable and the garden needed attention.

Also other side of property a noisy cockerel sang every morning around 5am. We had booked cottage for a relaxing experience if we had known these two factors would we not have booked. But the area and weather was fabulous.

  • "Great cottage, clean and comfortable."

Back garden probably needs some further work as it is a bit bare - a bit of furniture would have increased the rating to 5 star.

  • "Cobwebs Cottage nearly everything you would need for a home from home, missing salt and pepper pots, kitchen towel, but these are just minor things, we both enjoyed our week long break, I know you can't help with the weather which is a shame, but we went away knowing the risk with the weather."

On the whole we really enjoyed time spent and there are plenty of nice restaurant quite close to the cottage if you like eating out.

The cottage itself was just perfect for the two of us and doggo, we didn't want for a thing during our stay and it has all of the equipment/facilities if you want to cook/do washing whilst you're there. The little garden is lovely and we are now missing being woken up by the chickens next door. We also now hate our sofa because the one here is so comfy. Would definitely recommend.

  • "Lovely cosy cottage."

Fitted blinds to mezzanine bedroom would be an advantage. I suspect this room would get very hot in the summer months. Other bedroom is very comfortable with door leading out directly to secure garden. Also no cafetiere or hairdryer or cupboards for food items in kitchen! Ideal location for exploring and close to beautiful beaches and Tenby and Saundersfoot. Excellent, spacious shower. Overall would highly recommend.

It was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had lots of character. After a long day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax on that fab sofa and it is as big as it looks in the photos! The location was very good being only 3 miles from Saundersfoot. With a large enclosed garden at the back and a gated front area it was very safe for our 4 year old lab.

  • "We had a lovely stay at Cobwebs Cottage :-) All the positives included: - lovely location, very close to some gorgeous beaches and nice places to eat."

    - the cottage layout was fab - great size sofa to come back to an chill, so many other cottages have small, uncomfortable sofas, not here, it was definitely a plus! - great shed which we used to store our mountain bikes. - secluded garden and front drive was closed off so our dog could roam free without worry - lovely horse riders right outside the front door, which added to the feel of the place. Constructive feedback for potential improvements: - a blind really is needed for the window to the upstairs bedroom. - the TV is mounted very high up would definitely be more suited lower down if at all possible as it did get a little uncomfortable trying to watch it in the evening. - log supply for the first night wasn’t enough, for us personally we use a lot at home as the log burner is quite the feature to relax with, and I think there were 4 logs when we arrived which wouldn’t have seen us through. We decided to use the radiators as our main heating source which seemed very effective. - the upstairs bedroom did get very warm and that was even in April, so a fan would be useful, especially for those staying in the summer months. All in all, it was a really great place to stay, we enjoyed it very much.

Only thing i would say is we needed a bit more kindling to start the fire as we only had 1 lighting pack which wasnt enough to light the fire on the 1st night. Apart from that i will be 100% returning at some point :)
