  • "Fantastic house with lots of facilities."

A lot of flies in gym but nothing that some fly spray didn’t sort out. The hot tub was fabulous and we used it everyday and the whole house was clean and well furnish with everything that we needed. Owners were very accommodating and responded to our questions and requests quickly. Would recommend to families as the garden is huge. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would go back again.

  • "We had a fantastic holiday at Mountain Farm."

The house is beautiful and the facilities superb. Our group of eight were aged from nine to sixty and everyone just loved the place. Loads of room to do whatever you want from relaxing in the hot tub to using the gym and everything else in between. The location is excellent. Lovely and quiet but just a couple of minutes drive to Broad Haven and its gorgeous beach. Would thoroughly recommend for a special family holiday.

  • "Mountain Farm had a problem with flies all day long."

We appreciate it is near a farm , but having stayed on farms before we have not encountered so many large flies. Quite frankly they were a nuisance, especially when preparing food or sitting relaxing. There was nothing left to prevent them. As we were leaving I mentioned this and was told we were on a farm!!

  • "We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Mountain Farm."

The house offered everything we needed as a mixed age party of seven. The second sitting room, table tennis table and hot tub were a hit with the teenagers and gave them their own space. The well equipped kitchen and useful utility room and comfy lounge were ideal and the conservatory was a great room for eating together and playing games. The garden felt secure enough for our two little dogs to have a wander around. The house is a little remote (just what we wanted) so a car is necessary to get around but a short drive into Haverfordwest for a good choice of supermarkets. A short drive in the opposite direction to beautiful Broad Haven beach. Some instructions on how to use the shower and heating would have been useful but the owners left their contact numbers (as well as a lovely welcome gift of local eggs and potatoes) so were available for guidance had we needed it. A lovely stay and much needed break in a beautiful house. Thank you.

We loved having supper and wine in the conservatory. Kids loved the piano and the gym! A few things ie: trampoline/climbing frame/swing would be lovely in the big garden.

  • "In a beautiful location, with massive ground’s, great if you have a pet."

we had a lovely time, very comfortable home, with large conservatory over looking garden, beautiful for having your evening meal. Beautiful coastline which is a short drive to most locations. Enjoyed the use of the gym and games room. The jacuzzi is so relaxing after a day out, only downside it should be on the opposite side of conservatory as the sun is that side till late evening. Thank you Phil and Mandy for a wonderful time.

The cottage is everything it says and more lots of room inside and out we took a six year old with us she loved the playroom ,playing games in the massive garden ,playing hide and seek in the cottage in fact everything she definately did not want to leave .The hot tub was fantastic every evening to sooth the aching joints ,the hosts were on hand if there was a problem which we didnt have .You really need a car because nothing is in walking distance .I know we all had smart phones but some maps and leaflets in a draw would have been great .we all had a great holiday and would love to go back .

  • "Holiday and cottage were fantastic."

The price for the cottage changed almost daily and eventually had risen by £350 within 7 days, not the cottage owners responsibility but the Sykes website.

  • "We had an absolutely fantastic week at Mountain Farm."

The property is very comfortable and well decorated. It has a well equipped kitchen as well as separate utility room. All the facilities were brilliant. Our favourites were the hot tub and the steam shower (.....lights, steam and music!). The kids absolutely loved playing in the enormous garden. Two horses graze in the field at the end of the garden and would come to the gate every day. They were also kept entertained in the games room. The property is approx 10 mins by car from Broad Haven and Little Haven. Broad Haven beach was brilliant for body boarding and rock pooling. Little Haven is a smaller bay and has some lovely pubs. Tenby is approx a 40 min drive. The landscape in this part of the world is stunning. We had mixed weather but found plenty to do everyday. Our days were always topped off by returning to such a lovely comfortable house. Our hosts Phil and Mandy were very thoughtful. They dropped off a bottle of wine and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
