• "Just got back from a three night stay and wow, what an amazing place!"

  It’s absolutely gorgeous – the photos are nice but they don’t do it justice at all. So much space, really nicely done up and everything feels proper luxurious and clean. We actually got engaged there on the first night! I surprised my now fiancé with the trip and popped the question, so this place is extra special to us now. We’ll definitely be back loads more times. The hot tub was brilliant, especially with the nice weather. It was so hot throughout our stay, so the air con inside was an absolute life saver! We plan to also visit in the winter at some point too, as we imagine it would be just as nice staying there at that time of year also! We were outside a lot – sat at the table with the umbrella up during the day for some shade, and every night we had the fire going late, roasting marshmallows (they kindly left a big tub just for that, which was a lovely touch). The copper bath was amazing too, and the big walk-in shower in the bathroom was great. We took our two Dobermans and the garden is secure and absolutely huge! They had the best time wandering around and sniffing everything. The spot is so secluded with lovely views and it was properly peaceful the whole time. We loved every minute of it. Nicola and Justin (the owners) were brilliant – really attentive and messaged us from the start to check we had everything. They came round every day to do the checks required on the hot tub, but at my request, always let me know first because one of our dogs can be a bit reactive so we would put him inside for their quick visit. Hands down the best place we’ve stayed in the UK. Totally worth the money and perfect for a romantic getaway. Can’t recommend it enough! It is honestly so perfect that I have most likely missed some things off of this review, I can’t speak highly enough of it. Thanks again Nicola and Justin!!

  Every little detail was thought of and it was such luxury for us to get away and relax. This little getaway was the nicest we have ever been to and they were really friendly. It was spotless and super clean and the cottage was beautiful. :-)

• "This property is simply outstanding."

  Not only in location but in cleanliness, comfort and sheer relaxation. The location is beautiful. The roundhouses are very well separated and private and the surrounding countryside is to die for. Absolutely nailed the location. The Ty Crwn roundhouse (the one my wife and I stayed in) was immaculate and modern. The furnishings felt luxurious and the bed has been the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The view from the bed is fab. The outdoor furnishings inc hot tub are top end and money has certainly been spent here. Everything has been thought of inc hot water hose for cleaning the dogs, additional logs and fire lighters and all instructions for everything in the roundhouse. The electric blinds and windows are excellent when things get hot. Open them and the room is cool in no time...or you could just put on the Bosch air con instead. Bathroom beautifully done and the underfloor heating throughout roundhouse is a great addition. All recycling is idiot proof including dog poo bin nicely hidden. If the owner Nicola had came down and offered to sell it I'd have given it serious thought. Throughout all my cabin and lodge experiences, and there have been some excellent finds, this has been the best to date. Yes the sunny weather helped but I reckon it be just as cosy if it were thick snow. The owners and Nicola in particular was quick to answer any queries. So the big question would be "Would I come back"? Your damn right I would!!! Mark and Fiona x

• "Five star plus luxury accommodation, immaculate interior, facilities, comfort and style."

  Ticked every box on our wish list and more. The attention to detail inside and out was outstanding. Location was like a painting, rural and serene with stream, fields and hills. The hot tub was heated and ready for our arrival. Our dog enjoyed wandering in the large enclosed area available. Hosts Nicola and Justin brilliant attentive and responsive without being intrusive. Lovely places to visit. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

• "We had the most perfect long weekend at Ty Crwn."

  It’s incredibly picturesque and peaceful, and the thoughtful extra touches from Nicola made both us and our dog feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The standout features were the stunning copper bathtub, the hot tub, and the beautiful surrounding landscape. The large, secure outdoor space was ideal for our dog, giving us complete peace of mind while we relaxed. Everything about our stay felt special and well thought out. • "The Roundhouse is absolutely beautiful."

  It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and the views were stunning. Our dogs loved having all the outdoor space to run around and play. Nicola, the owner, was lovely. She sent messages throughout our stay to check everything was okay, which was really thoughtful and appreciated. She’s very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our next stay, we can’t wait to come back.

• "We had an amazing time at this wonderful place."

  Everything was to the highest standard. It was warm and comfortable, the bed was one of the best we have had in a lodge. Lovely touches like a welcome pack for us and our dog. We would definitely recommend this property and will be booking again. Nicola the host was on call for anything, but left us to enjoy our holiday. Please give this place a try, you'll love it!

• "On the last day of our stay we'd already booked our next visit."

  This is the most luxurious, peaceful, private, secure hot tub stay that we've been on. Everything is kitted out with the best. Inside and outside is so much bigger than pictures show. Our dog loved it! Having no dogs in the middle property was ideal. The property was completely enclosed. The views are gorgeous, we loved watching the kites and foxes across the river. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, they even accepted a parcel for us, nothing was too much to ask. We can't recommend highly enough and can't wait to be back. Thanks so much

• "A fabulous stay at Ty Crwn."

  The property was warm, comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely location. We were snowed in for two days after we arrived and Nicola couldn't have been more helpful and willing to help if we needed anything. It was the perfect place to just relax and enjoy the surroundings.

• "Accurate description of the garden boundary security, allowed a German Shepard puppy to enjoy the space and be outside without fear of escape."

• "This place was absolutely amazing ."

  it was spotless and everything you could of wished for. I went here for my 50th and even though I wasn't to well it was still amazing. the hot tub was fantastic. relaxing in the copper bath was amazing looking out at the stars. the owners were very nice and sent custom messages. not just automated. the area has a lot of nice walks and I will be definitely booking this again. if I had to score this place 10/10 if I could score more i would have.

• "We’ve been on many “hot tub” holidays over the years, but our stay at Ty Crwn in Wales has completely blown every other one out of the water."

  The roundhouse design is absolutely stunning, unique, cosy, and beautifully finished. The standout features for us were the unbelievable copper bath and the wood-fired hot tub, which made the whole experience feel truly luxurious and special. Our host, Nicole, was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, communicated with us brilliantly, and clearly put so much thought into making the stay perfect. The little touches like the freebies of cheese, milk, crackers, and caramel waffles were so thoughtful and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Ty Crwn is easily one of the best getaways we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for something memorable, magical, and a step above the rest, this is the place. Highly recommend! We absolutely will be booking again!

• "Wow Wow Wow, I have stayed at so many cottages and unique stays in my travels."

  These Roundhouses are absolutely amazing! We booked this last minute as a mini break to get away from the hustle and bustle. The property feels completely secluded and is private from the other roundhouses in this group. The accomodation is absolutely amazing. Beatiful bedroom, furniture, furnishsing, linen and everything you could absolutely need in the Kitchen and Living Room. Their is modern central heating throughout and even motorised velux windows and blinds. Blissfull views through the massive windows onto the river, hills and meadhows. We brought our dog Penny a long and she loved exploring the garden and yard and the owners thought of everything including a doggy welcome box. But I am not finished yet! There is an amazing Hot Tub which is wood fired, if you read the instructions and you are patient this can get to a lovely 38-40 degress with water jets. There is two lovely deck chairs and a fire put which we used on our last night. We were lucky it was a beautiful sunset and even though it was 5 degrees it didn't fell like it. You are also super close to Aberystwyth and the Devil's Bridge Falls which we visited during our stay and the lovely seaside town of Aberaeron is a must see. The hosts were absolutely amazing with execellent communication throughout. Compared to other places I have stayed for the money this is hands down the best I have ever stayed at.

• "We had an amazing stay at Ty Crwn, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend, they’d even left snacks, milk, tea and coffee etc for us to enjoy."

  The house is in a really peaceful area but only a short driving distance to local cafes and shops. We were sad to leave at the end of the weekend and will definitely be going back! Thank you so much :)

• "We had the most amazing time at the Roundhouse in Wales!"

  The setting was breathtaking — waking up to that gorgeous view every morning felt like a dream. And the hot tub? Pure bliss! It made the evening feel special and so relaxing. The cabin itself was perfect. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making the place comfortable and welcoming. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available. We loved every minute of the stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!
