  • "Fantastic host."

Couldn’t do enough for us throughout the week. Cottage was absolutely spotless, and everything had been thought of. Hot tub was the best we’ve been in. My daughter particularly enjoyed the homemade brownies upon arrival, and loved the goats at the back of the property. We will certainly return. 10/10

  • "Y Beudy is a very comfortable cottage in a beautiful, easy to drive to location on a working farm."

We were made very welcome by the owners and appreciated the home made brownies and flowers. The cottage is one of three and is very well equipped for up to six people. The hot tub is the best we have ever used and is in a very private, partly enclosed rear patio with an undercover seating area. This opens on to the beautiful riverside area with tables, barbecue and playground. The two sunny patios to the front are a real pleasure to sit in. Plenty of walks around and lots to see within a short distance. Handy shop a mile away on main road with regular buses to Fishguard or Cardigan. As two pensioners, we loved our week here, were lucky to have fabulous weather and would recommend this cottage to couples and families.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and cosy. It had everything we needed and it was in a great location to explore Pembrokeshire. It was such a peaceful place to stay with lovely outdoor seating and an area for the children to run around and see the goats! The hot tub was wonderful and our children absolutely loved it! The Welsh cakes and chocolate brownies on arrival were absolutely delicious, thank you for a lovely stay!

The hosts were helpful and welcoming. The Welshcakes were delicious. We took two boys, aged 8 and 9. They had everything you could wish for - a huge play area / field, a zip wire, the hot tub was very well used by them and us. Netflix. They loved it. The cottage is a good base for exploring the coast and we did Newport, Poppet Sands, New Quay, Tenby and Folly Farm. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, the attic bedroom is light and airy. There is a lovely patio to sit and have a morning cuppa / evening wine. We just loved our stay.

The area is so peaceful and quiet. Hot tub and outside space are great and even if your unfortunate to get some rain you can still use this space as undercover. It was actually so much bigger than we thought it was on the pictures. There is village shop not to far away if you get stuck, but Cardigan is only a short drive away where you have all the amenities you need. Mannuccis is lovely Italian and The Copper Pot does good food with a secret garden. Would definitely come back and stay we loved it . The goats at the back were very cute and friendly.

Great base for visiting the local areas, no where was more than an hiur away which is ideal with young children. Great facilities and handy that both bedrooms were en suite. Hot tub was such a treat- perfect at the end of a busy day exploring! Back garden was lovely and private, and the play area with the animals was great for the children. I loved the decor of the property, really well thought out, classy and modern. Plenty of towels and bed linen if needed which was useful. Gate at the top of the stairs was a major bonus and something that is rare in holiday cottages- so handy for young children and gave peace of mind! Smart TV was great for a variety of programmes, and kitchen was well equipped too. Would recommend and felt we truly switched off and had a really enjoyable time here. Diolch yn fawr!

My son enjoyed feeding the goats and having a play on the swings around the back of the property and was so sad to leave. The weather has been amazing and we drove to many local beaches and also to Fishguard to do some crabbing off the harbour. Hot tub was also a bonus it was lovely in the private courtyard area. The hot tub was the best we have ever used and the covered patio area and comfortable seating was perfect for snuggling with a blanket. We did manage to get out and explore the nearby Newport Beach on Boxing Day and we wouldn’t hesitate to return and further explore this idyllic part of Wales. We were also afforded a tour of the other, larger properties on request with a view to visiting with a bigger group in the future. We had a lovely welcome upon arrival, the Christmas tree gave the place a really warm festive feel with the added personal touches (flowers, mince pies, chocolate brownies) adding to the wow factor. The hot tub was a delight, the best we've been in. Nice and deep with the added convenience of an electric roof/cover. This property is situated in a beautiful part of West Wales with Fishguard, Haverfordwest, Aberystwyth, Cardigan and Tenby all within a short drive. • "We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage."

We stayed as a group of friends (4) but room for 6. This was a very spacious cottage over two levels and had plenty of room for 6 to fit comfortably alongside a kitchen full of everything you’d need for 6. We enjoyed brownies on our late arrival and arriving at night was no problem at all for the very accommodating owners. We annually go on a winter break to a cottage in West Wales and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The hot tub was amazing it maintained a hot temp throughout the night. It was also easy to use with the electric key system which meant the cover lifted itself to become the roof. This is way better than the struggle we’ve had to remove and replace heavy covers in the past. The TV was a smart TV with all the major apps you would expect. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has been furnished to a very high standard. The friendly owner was reachable via text throughout the stay and kindly assisted with information for local pubs when we wanted to go and watch the rugby. I would 100% recommended this property, we loved it so much we are already planning on returning in the summer.

The outdoor area is fantastic and some days we sat out from 7am till dark. The hot tub is the best I've ever used, spacious and of a very high spec. Loved that it was undercover. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had everything we needed to make a Sunday roast. Great showers! Which were needed after daily beach visits and sea swims. Great shared garden with small playground and some friendly goats who the children loved going to see every morning.
