The property

In the heart of Pembrokshire, nearing the coast, is where you will find the village of Kilgetty, where Greenacre Apartment is situated, not far from the charming seaside resort of Saundersfoot.

Being a ground floor, two-bedroom flat, this property would be great for those with limited mobility looking for a relaxing break, close to shops and pubs, and just over a 30-minute walk to the beach.

On entering the property through the patio doors, you are straight into the open-plan living space, with two inviting cream sofas where you can take the weight off your feet after the day's activities.

A dining table sits across from the seating area and leads to the compact kitchen, offering an electric double oven and hob covering all the necessities to prepare your meals in the evening.

Through to the other side of the property are the double and twin bedrooms, both decorated with bright light colours and well-placed storage, maximising the space really well, with the bathroom containing a walk-in shower.

Back out through the patio doors to the exterior of the property, is a pretty lawned area with some patio space, perfect for enjoying the summer months; the property also has an allocated parking space as an added benefit.

The village of Kilgetty grew up around the railway after a station opened there in 1866, and is situated between the market town of Narbeth and the seaside resort of Saundersfoot, both of which are in easy reach by car, with great opportunities for walkers and cyclists alike in the surrounding area.

Choose to visit the sandy beach of Saundersfoot when the sun comes out, with a pretty harbour and lovely views from the top of the hill overlooking the coast.

A ten-minute drive south will take you over to Dinosaur Park, a fantastic day out with the youngsters, where you can start the hunt for over 30 dinosaurs in the woodland as well as an adventure playground to enjoy at the end.

A great opportunity to get to know Pembrokeshire and the surrounding area, Flat 3 will ensure you have a peaceful break full of quality time with those who matter most.

About the location

KILGETTY

Cresswell Quay 2.4 miles; Saundersfoot 3 miles; Yerbeston 3.9 miles; Tenby 5 miles.

The rural village of Kilgetty is situated 2.4 miles from one of the most picturesque villages in Pembrokeshire, Cresswell Quay is best described as a delightful hamlet of scattered cottages at the edge of the tidal estuary. The central focal point is, of course, the old quay where boats can still moor, for the time the tide allows, and you may wish to pop into the Cresselly Arms for light refreshments. Just a short drive from the town of Tenby and offers a selection of shops and pubs, along with its own train station. Kilgetty is central to a number of attractions, with the coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby nearby, offering fabulous beaches, watersports and boat trips to Caldey Island, the home of a small gathering of monks and their monastery. Also nearby is the award winning Folly Farm, which makes for a great family day out and enables you to see a working farm at its best. Oakwood Theme Park is a 10 minute drive away and boasts the biggest wooden rollercoaster in Europe, whilst the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline and the coastal National Park, a walker's paradise, are also within easy reach.
