Couldn’t find hairdryer! Gave up! Luckily took my own. Only thing was house needed a deep clean. Surface clean on first sight but if you looked closer in showers and edges of floors and kitchen not great. Bathroom shelf and shaving light broken in main bedroom with balcony. On the whole though a great place to holiday and would book again. Beds comfy and bedding and towels provided were good. Great layout for seating with family in the lounge. Definitely going back! It was a little bit dirty on arrival, but it’s so hard to clean up sand! Perhaps a more thorough check of the kitchen areas / draws etc x tip top! An absolute winner of a holiday! Many thanks for your feedback which we really appreciate. This feedback has been passed on to the owner which will help with future bookings. Second visit to this lodge and sadly some of the cleaning, especially the vents in the showers let it down (very dirty) this time. Our daughter and family love the lodge as it is dog friendly and very suitable for there 4 year old son. It is set on a nice site and only takes minutes to walk to and from the beach which was great as we had brilliant weather, will be back. The house itself is warm and very comfortable with good facilities, and in a quiet part of the holiday park. Reviewed by JuliaApr 2021 "A lovely spacious lodge which was ideal for 4 adults, a toddler and a dog, the gates were very useful and the front decking really sunny." A rear decking would have been a bonus to take advantage of the afternoon sunshine as there was no view of the beach or sea. The front decking looked very attractive when we dressed it up with colourful flags for a 65th birthday surprise. We had a great meal at the Freshwater Inn which had lovely views. A memorable week, thank you. Reviewed by UnaSep 2020 "The lodge was absolutely lovely!" Right across from the beach, in a lovely location. It was very peaceful and quiet. The lodge had more than what we expected or needed with plenty of space, 3 showers and a bath, big bedrooms and a big sitting room. It was very homely and we’d definitely come back again!
