Fishguard Apartments

These two apartments are set just off the High Street in Fishguard yet they are tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The properties are both accessed along a shared internal alleyway with Jemima’s Cottage on the ground and first floor and Cobblers Roost on the first and second. Both properties are well-equipped with rooms providing comfortable accommodation to return to at the end of the day. Jemima Cottage has a gravelled courtyard with patio doors in the sitting area which is a lovely sunny space while Cobblers Roost is a secluded retreat with view down the High Street. The properties offer a lovely base from which to explore the coastal town of Fishguard where you will find an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs nearby which takes you out of the town to discover the surrounding countryside and spectacular views. There are an array of castles in the area and you are only a short distance from St Davids, the smallest city in Wales, where you can visit the fabulous cathedral. These cottages are an ideal choice for your next family holiday along the Welsh coast.

The property

You enter the cottage through the secluded gravelled courtyard into the sitting room which is a comfortable space where you can put your feet up and watch your favourite DVD at the end of the day.

Also on the ground floor is the kitchen which has a dining area where you can enjoy delicious home-cooked dinners or a meal picked up from one of the local takeaways.

There is also a handy cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Stairs from the sitting room take you up to the landing which has a small double room to one side and a twin room to the other, both rooms have sloping ceilings and a Velux window.

Completing this floor is the family bathroom which has a bath with a hand-held shower attachment.
