  • “The cottage feels very welcoming, it has obviously been loved as a home and isn't just a soulless investment property.”

The location is amazing for a very quiet and relaxed holiday with walks along the river in either direction. Cardigan is fairly close as is the lovely coast.

On arrival you will be welcomed by the magic of Wales and experience the valleys first-hand, as a pretty stream runs parallel to the cottage.

Entering the home and passing through the hallway, to the left you will find a living room with a TV and woodburner.

To the right of the hallway, you really get a feel for how classical this cottage is, with a traditional-style dining room with beds for your dogs to sleep in, plus a fully equipped kitchen backing onto this with an open-plan layout.

Resting on the first floor are two well-presented bedrooms, hosting a double and a family room with a double and single bed, the ideal setup for friends or families looking to explore this delightful rural area of Wales.

The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor, with an elegant bath and shower over, so you can decide how best to prepare for your day.

Stepping outside, you'll find an enclosed two-tier garden that has been built into the fascinating Welsh rock face that has a sitting area for you to enjoy.
