"Snowdrop Cottage is a fabulous cottage!"
"Really enjoyed our stay at snowdrop cottage."
Janet has thought of everything you could possibly need during a stay. Really comfortable and warm, lovely log fire. Xmas Dec's added a special touch. The hot tub was hot and clean. Easy walk into Laugharne and drive to Pendine, Tenby and Carmarthen. Feeling very relaxed after our stay and can't wait to return.
"Snowdrop Cottage is a beautiful and homely cottage."
It has all you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is on hand if you need anything and nothing was to much trouble. The village offers plenty of choice for food and drink as well as shops and picturesque walks. We will definitely stay again.
Many thanks for your feedback Property Owner
"Fantastic cottage, had everything that we needed and more."
Very cosy and welcoming, felt very at home. Great place to spend a week relaxing and recuperating and very much needed. Thank you xx
"The cottage and facilities were perfect for our needs."
But I already knew that it would be as I’ve stayed here several times before. I think that return visits are the best recommendation possible. And I’ve stayed here 4 times now..
Thank-you for your feedback Diana. Glad you enjoyed again and hopefully see you again. Property Owner
"The property was very clean and comfortable With everything we needed for a lovely holiday It was very much home from home ."
Hi thanks Sally and family always nice to see guests returning to the cottage. Property Owner
"A near perfect cottage close to all the local amenities Our only concern was that we didn't think the hot tub was checked all week which we feel if it wasn't it should have be done !"
Also no flowers at all in any of the window boxes at the front and just dead grasses in the pots mostly around the back ,and it was Summer when we stayed! However we did really enjoy our stay and everything inside the cottage was lovely .
Thanks for the feedback, very much appreciated. Property Owner
"Snowdrop Cottage in Laugharne was absolutely perfect for our family holiday."
The beds were comfortable, the cottage itself was a home from home and all the extra details showed the care that had been put into making our holiday that little bit easier (especially appreciated when you have two toddlers in tow). The hot tub was a real treat and we would definitely consider re-booking it in the future.
Thank-you so much Rupi, glad you enjoyed my little cottage. Hope to see you again one day. Property Owner
"Very nice cottage and a great host."
Hot tub was a great addition.
Great location. We enjoyed a great week at snowdrop cottage it was immaculate and equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day, the garden is a real sun trap and private. Would love to come back maybe in the winter
"We had a great week at Snowdrop Cottage in a lovely village perfect for a family like ours (2 adults 8 and 11 year old and our dog Willow."
Lovely throughout and a lovey enclosed garden area with hot tub. Janice left us a lovely welcome pack. The cottage was well equipped clean and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the noise of the road but you soon get used to it and dont notice it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
"Lovely cottage that provided everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub."
Looking to book again next year - if you'll have us.
"Had a lovely stay at Snowdrop Cottage."
The house is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The garden and hot tub are lovely and made our holiday. Will definitely be booking again.
"Fantastic cottage ."
Great hot tub. Perfect location
"Lovely stay at snow drop cottage, our stay was perfect."
. lovely welcome pack from the owners .. only thing missing was a place to hang out clothes in the one bedroom had to share a wardrobe with the people in the other room.
"Lovely cosy cottage."
Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again. Our only problem was the bathroom was downstairs. But the hot tub made up for this.
"Just returned home after a lovely week’s holiday at Snowdrop Cottage."
This is our second time of staying at the cottage. It is cosy, very clean & you feel like it’s home from home. Would definitely recommend.
"Could not recommend this cottage enough!"
The most incredible layout, facilities, location and general charm (so much so, that I found myself taking decor inspiration for our own home!). We spent 5 days at Snowdrop with our dog last week & are already thinking of when to return. Sights, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, all the while Laugharne guarantees a peaceful night at a homely cottage for a dip in the hot tub & a chill by the fire after each day of exploring. Thank you so much to 10/10 hosting!
"Beautiful cottage, super clean and cosy."
Lovely welcome pack. Would definitely stay again. Towels were lovely and soft, but very small. Struggled to get log burner to work, some instruction would be handy. One of us has one at home, but still couldn't it to work!
"Snowdrop Cottage was a really lovely place to stay."
Clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Janet, the owner had thought of everything. Great location for coastal walks & Dylan Thomas experiences.
"What a lovely place to stay."
Everything exceeded our expectations and will be highly recommended to all our friends and family. Thank you for helping us have a great Christmss. Mark and Caroline.
"The cottage is very homely comfortable and cosy."
The beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely give it a ten for cleanliness Couldn’t fault it.
Thanks Sally , muchly appreciated feedback, love having you at the cottage. See you next year. X Property Owner
"Despite the bad weather we had a great time, cottage exceeded expectations, very clean and cosy, hot tub great to relax in after a walk, as another guest said the gap in the kerb to drive on to the parking area is a little tight but did not cause us a problem, you just need to be careful but that said we enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next February to celebrate our wedding anniversary!"

"We had a lovely stay."
This was our 2nd visit to Snowdrop cottage and we loved it just as much as our first. Lovely cottage, and the hot tub is such treat after long dog walks. Our dog enjoyed laying in front of the fire to warm up after a day out exploring. Thank you for a lovely stay.
"My second visit to this sweet little cottage, and now with a hot tub !"
!! Perfect I felt so relaxed and at home, the village is so nice, St. Clear next village is great for the shopping local, and only 30 min drive to Tenby and Saundersfoot I may even go back a 3rd time :) book this cottage you will love it.
"Excellent cottage, on the edge of a lovely town."
Hot tub is very welcome, after a long hot day. Welcome gifts for us and our dog, were a very nice touch.
"Loved our stay at snowdrop cottage well prepared and lots of nice touches."
We will be back for another stay
Thanks , glad you enjoyed your stay at Snowdrop Cottage, look forward to seeing you again one day Property Owner
"We have had an amazing week at Snowdrop Cottage."
Thank you to Janet for everything and also sorting out the birthday cake for Craig. All the surrounding places are lovely I.e Pendine/Tenby & Caldey Island. Poons does an amazing full english breakfast and for an evening meal The Carpenters Arms is highly recommended. Our Springer spaniel Poppy had the time of her life on her first ever holiday, all the locals in the pubs and shops made a fuss, and were all so welcoming and friendly. A lovely cottage and a perfect, relaxing break. Just what we needed. We've all had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back very soon. Donna, Craig and Poppy
Thanks Donna and Craig I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at Snowdrop Cottage and hopefully see you again one day. Property Owner
"Lovely little cottage, lovely location."
We personally would have liked some sort of blind/window dressing in the window opposite the bathroom being on the ground floor in the kitchen for privacy. The cottage has everything you need and we had a very enjoyable stay.
"Lovely clean cottage, we enjoyed using the hot tub but found the road quite busy."
"Lovely cottage in a beautiful village with lots of walks, nice pubs and places to eat."
Thankyou very much for the lovely feedback, it means a lot too myself and Anna. Property Owner
"The cottage is lovely, welcoming & homely, the hot tub was fab too."
The road is very busy, noisy and the traffic travelling through is very fast definetly not 30mph!! Welcome pack a nice touch, thank you
"The stay at Snowdrop Cottage, Laugharne was absolutely superb The hosts left us a message to welcome us, everywhere was very clean, the welcome pack was a lovely and much appreciated jesture."
The whole experience with Sykes Holiday Cottages was exceptional would definitely recommend and use again
Absolutely thrilled to receive positive feedback. It's mine and Anna's privilege to have you staying at Snowdrop Cottage. Thanks again. Property Owner
"Beautiful cottage well equipped Laugharne is pretty and convenient for all the coastline along there."
Hot tub at cottage a bonus and nice and secluded garden. Nice restaurant in village called Brown's hotel and others
Thankyou very much for your lovely comments, we love hearing that you had a great time, mine and Anna's aim is always to make your stay in Snowdrop cottage as comfortable as we can. Thanks again. Property Owner
"Lovely cottage in lovely Laugharne."
Small and comfortable for our little family and pooch.
"Beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything you could want or need for a nice relaxing break."
Good for nice walks in the immediate area too.
Thankyou for your lovely feedback. Property Owner
"We had a great stay at Snowdrop cottage."
The cottage itself is perfect, nice and spacious with everything you could think to need and absolutely spotless! The hot tub is a massive bonus! The location is great, just a few minutes walk to pubs, restaurants and shop and then a short drive to Tenby and other local attractions. I can’t recommend this cottage enough!
"Absolutely beautiful cottage in amazing surroundings."
The cottage is well set out with everything you'll need for a few days/week away with only a short walk in to the town. The town has some very nice pubs and restaurants. There are some lovely scenic walks local from the cottage. Plus the reward of a dip in the hot tub on your return. Would love to visit again.
"Snowdrop cottages is a home away from home."
It was our first holiday with our dog and we all loved it. Plenty of walks, places to eat, and the cottage gave us everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing treat at the end of a long day. Janet has really made this an ideal getaway, we would 100% recommend this cottage.
"Snowdrop cottage is a great little cottage and we would highly recommend anyone to stay there."
The cleanliness was excellent and the cottage was well equipped. The hot tub was clean and well maintained and a very welcome relief after a long days walk exploring. The location in Laugharne is great to get out and explore the surrounding areas. We stayed as a family of 4 with 1 dog and we had a fabulous break away.
"The cottage was lovely and the organisation was excellent"
"Perfect cottage with everything you need under one roof!"
! Loved the hot tub and the location is perfect!
"Great base for our walkingvthe coast holiday."
Lovely hot tub. Would come back. Also good places to eat in the town.
"We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend the cottage and Laugharne."
Our only suggestions for improvement would be an extra toilet roll, more kindling/wood for the burner and oddly the back support cushions for the sofa seem to have been removed. There were scatter cushions but perhaps this is something to rectify.
"A nice cosy cottage right on the edge of the village, easy to walk into the centre of Laugharne and all the Dylan Thomas places."
Quaintly decorated, with all modern facilities such as a large TV, two sofas and a hot tub in the pretty courtyard garden, if that’s your thing. Milk in fridge when we arrived, with tea, coffee and welsh cakes, which is a kind touch from Janet, the owner. Although it’s right on the main road into Laugharne, we really didn’t notice the traffic, and night time was quiet anyway. We were generally wakened in the morning by birdsong not traffic noise, which is fine by us! The dropped kerb to the parking space is tight, but we soon got used to the technique to avoid bumping tyres on the edge.
"This was a fantastic little gem that I would be more than happy to go back to."
Figured the hot tub out eventually getting the different jets to work, and the bed is a bit soft for my liking, But other wise the place was lovely. I would rate it a 8.5/10 I would recommend and return here.
"Laugharne was beautiful."
Definitely going back
"Beautiful cottage in a lovely location would definitely recommend"
"Our only problem was the noise of the traffic running beside the cottage, but once there a few days didn't notice it"
"We love that part of the world and Snowdrop cottage looked just right."
The fresh renovation has worked well and the owners clearly know what they are doing. The hot tub is a nice touch of luxury too.
"A lovely traditional cottage, ideal for a small family, with excellent facilities."
A great base to explore the beautiful coastline of South Wales - we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Many thanks to Janet for preparing the cottage for our stay, I would highly recommend it.
"As soon as we entered the cottage we felt like home, very comfy and clean."
Only a short walk into the lovely village with great walks along the coast. The owner, Janet popped in on our arrival to check everything was ok and to answer any questions we may have, which was a lovely touch. We are already planning our return.
"Lovely feel and beautiful setting x"
"Fantastic Christmas break."
... This cottage is 10 out of 10
"This cottage is spotlessly clean and cosy."
The hot tub is fantastic. Great location on the edge of the town and within driving distance of some great coastal places to visit. The road is a little nosey but only really noticed it in the mornings. A lovely welcome basket for us and the dog was a nice touch and made us feel settled straight away. Thanks Janet
", snowdrop cottage in exellent location ,nice pubs local shops."
lovely gifts for us and our dog.
"Thoughtfully presented, Snowdrop Cottage provides everything you need and more, clean, pretty and welcoming, a real home from home."
The hot tub was sensational and so easy to use. Welsh cakes and shortbread on arrival as well as treats and towels etc. for the dog, also a very comprehensive selection of basic larder essentials.should you need them, all very much appreciated. Laugharne, alone, is a magical place where one can't fail to be mesmerised by the castle and the peaceful tranquillity of a stroll along the sparkling estuary, but there is a wealth of lovely beaches and places to explore while staying at this cosy cottage. Thank you, Janet and Anna, I would love to come back again.. It's great having a washing machine, but might it be possible to fix a little retractable clothes line outside to dry a few items of clothing?
"Lovely quaint cottage, very comfortable and cosy."
Enclosed garden is a little sun trap, and the hot tub is an added bonus. Our dog was safe in the garden, also the owner left a basket of goodies for him. The area is very pretty. Pendine beach is great for a dog walk, parking was easy. We would certainly visit again.
"A beautiful cottage, well furnished with everything you could need and more."
Even a welcome pack, which was a real bonus after a long drive from West Cornwall.Beds were very comfortable as was the lounge area.Laughane is a lovely place to visit and most places are very dog friendly, whilst the weather wasn't all that good we enjoyed our stay and visited quite a few places. For anyone looking for a good restaurant meal would also recomend Arthurs in the Grist, especially if you are a dog owner, food and service is first class.Only one small criticism of the cottage,in that, you need to be very careful when getting out of the cottage parking space as it is on a well used road with a limited view of traffic coming down the hill, having said that it in no way spoiled our stay.
"Snowdrop cottage was a pleasure to stay in, perfect for keeping warm and cosy on rainy days and nights in Wales."
Situated in Laugharne a stunning village it's also a great place for day trips out to other local towns. The welcome pack for us was great and the one for the dog was sweet too, doggie towels came in use too.
"Nice cottage but on a busy road that the listing failed to mention."
Cottage was clean and comfortable and a nice welcome pack was provided. We booked late but everything was handled well apart from a problem with the Sykes web page having nowhere to input my discount voucher code and then Sykes refusing to allow the discount which they could clearly see I was in possession off before the booking...Sykes you need to be more flexible in this regard as your marketing strategy of mailing these vouchers prompted me to chose you to book but I'd have second thoughts next time I get a voucher sent. This aside the cottage was nice (small but nice) and provided a lovely base to explore the coast.
"Loved the cottage, really well laid out and the welcome pack added an extra touch"
"The most beautiful of Cottages, definitely home from home , lovely garden ."
Every aspect our stay was catered for . A lovely welcome pack, towels for our dog, very comfortable beds, lounge , log burner ... just great . Was a short walk into Laugharne with Castle, eateries/pub & walks ! 100% recommend
"Lovely cosy break at Snowdrop Cottage, everything has been thought of to ensure a great stay."
The welcome pack was very much appreciated after a long drive. Lovely location with fabulous walks from the doorstep.
"From the ease of booking and then arriving to such a homely cottage was brilliant."
Everything we needed was there, even treats and extra towels for our dog Poppy. Comfy sofas, wood burner which we enjoyed using (logs and kindling available from local shop) Nice little courtyard at back of property and off road parking to the side. Lots of walks nearby and pubs and restuarants all a short walk into the town if required. Would definately return.
"Lovely cottage with ample facilities, the owner was very friendly and helpful."
Set in a lovely village with a lot of history and great places to eat and fabulous walks. Well placed for travelling to other places too.
"Cottage was comfortable, very clean and well placed for walking to pubs and seafront plus great longer walks direct from the door."
"We loved Snowdrop Cottage."
A great location in Laugharne, where it was a 10 minute walk to the shop, Brown’s Hotel, the castle and the Boathouse. We loved walking to see the estuary. The cottage was immaculate and was so comfortable and cosy. Janet has thought of everything. We were really impressed. The kitchen was well equipped. Wi-fi worked 100%. Loved the patio behind the cottage. In addition to visiting Laugharne, we visited the National Botanic Gardens, Aberglasney Gardens, Colby Gardens, Tenby, St David’s, Picton Castle and Haverfordwest. We must return again! Thank you for such an enjoyable and relaxing week at Snowdrop Cottage.
"Beautiful cottage, everything provided for a comfortable stay."
The welcome hamper with tea, coffee, Welsh cakes and even treats for the dog was a lovely touch as was the basket of doggy towels to wipe muddy paws on. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends and will be booking it again soon.
"5* no complaints!"
Absolutely stunning cottage. We have stayed in many cottages in the UK, this cottage quite simply is the best!! The owner has paid all attention to details and you could not ask for more. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back.
