The property

Haverfordwest 10.6 miles.

Dryslwyn is a superb, detached house positioned overlooking the Llys-y-fran Reservoir within the village of Llys-y-fran in Pembrokeshire.

This serene getaway offers the chance for families or groups of friends to come together and marvel at the delights of south west Wales, with easy access to the picturesque coastline and a number of glorious beaches.

The property is built into the ground allowing you to enter onto the first floor, with the contemporary kitchen/diner on your left.

Here the chef amongst the group can take advantage of the integrated appliances to prepare a sumptuous feast whilst the rest can help by preparing the chic dining table.

The spacious sitting room is where you can enjoy each other’s company whilst admiring those picturesque views of the reservoir.

Spoilt for choice, there are six wonderfully presented bedrooms at Dryslwyn.

The first floor hosts a king-size with en-suite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom that can be made into a superking by zip link, served by an elegant bathroom where you can revitalise yourself with a soothing soak.

Downstairs you’ll find a further four bedrooms including the master bedroom hosting a super-king-size bed with its own en-suite shower room, along with a king-size and two twins resting here too which are perfect for younger guests.

Challenge each other to a game of table tennis or table football in the games room, providing hours of entertainment on a rainy day.

Surrounding the property are lawned grounds where the children and dog can roam freely, as well as off-road parking for up to six cars.

The reservoir is a peaceful area for walking and nature watching, or why not participate in a range of watersport activities such as sailing or kayaking as well as mountain biking around the reservoir?

Venture into the centre of Haverfordwest to find all your essentials including gift shops, pubs and restaurants, along with the attractions of the museum and castle.

The whole of Pembrokeshire is awaiting your exploration, full of natural beauty, castles and beaches, making it one of the top Welsh holiday destinations.

Dryslwyn is a superb base and ticks all the boxes for a memorable getaway with your friends and family.
