The property

Annwyl Fan is a delightful semi-detached cottage, within the historic town walls of Kidwelly Castle, Kidwelly, Wales.

Entering the property, you will be greeted with an open plan living space, with a small dining area where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the day's events.

The lounge has a warm and welcoming feeling the moment you step through, with a light decor and plenty of furnishings to relax and unwind into the evening.

Curl up with your loved ones in front of the fire and enjoy watching the TV, perhaps a DVD, a game or a book from the selection available.

Walk through to the kitchen, resting towards the rear of the property, which has been fitted to a high standard with quality cream units and sleek wooden worktops, housing a range of contemporary appliances so you can easily rustle up a delicious home-cooked meal for the whole family.

Retire to one of the two well-presented bedrooms on the first floor via the quaint but steep staircase, either a double or twin to suit your needs.

There is an upstairs cloakroom supported by a downstairs shower room.

Each bedroom has plenty of furniture to store your personal items, with matching bedside tables and lamps, ideal for some late night reading.

Step out to the enclosed gardens, with lawn and patio areas where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun with a refreshing beverage.

While you're in the area, take advantage of the Norman Castle which is just a short stroll from the doorstep.

Kidwelly is on the Welsh coastal path.

A short distance away you will find Pembrey Country Park, Pembrey closed cycle track, the Welsh motor sport centre and Ffoslas horse racing track.
