  • "Lovely cottage, everything needed for a comfortable stay."

  • "Lovely cottage, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped."

Quiet location with a spattering of shops and supermarkets within a short distance. My only negative comment would be that it is not clear from description or photos that access to the property is very difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

WE FOUND IT TO BE LOVELY AND QUIET WITH A BRIDLE PATH WALK OPPOSITE THE COTTAGE WERE WE WALKED EACH MORNING WITH OUR TWO DOGS. THEY LOVED IT! THE LOCAL FERRY HOUSE INN WAS A SHORT WALK WITH FAB FOOD AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. A GREAT HOLIDAY!

  • "This house is lovely, very comfortable and spacious."

The outside decking is great for BBQs and relaxing, only suggestion is a shade is some sort when it’s really sunny. Net land itself is off the beaten track a bit so is quieter which is great. There is a lovely pub within walking distance although there is a small hill on the way back. Overall loved our week.

  • "We really enjoyed our week in the Pembrokeshire Coast."

The accommodation with really nice and well stocked with everything to meet our needs. The bedrooms were all comfortable and bathrooms clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything included with more utensils than I have in my own house - no complaints at all. It has a lovely sea view and a nice pub only a short walk away. The neighbours that live around the house were all very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in re-booking in the future.

  • "The house was nice apart from the very damp smell in downstairs bathroom , always had a very damp musty smell."

Everything in the upstairs bathroom was running with condensation after you had a shower, even the hairspray bottle had to be wiped to get rid of the condensation. Think there must be something happening with damp as one of our party said their bed felt damp. We bought a small heater to put in the downstairs bathroom to try to get rid of the damp smell. If you left the towels in the bathroom they always felt damp, couldn’t dry yourself properly with the towels after having showers. I don’t know if it is because they use fabric conditioner on the towels. The house was very clean and tidy, had everything you needed really and was well situated. Could do with a parasol on the balcony.

  • "Lovely cottage with everything you could hope for and more."

Great to have cleaning stuff there, things like dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, it is such a pain to have to bring bits like that when just away for a weekend. Stunning views and every comfort we could have wanted for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The village is pretty and the beach is fun for children to explore and all just a couple of minutes away. We would definitely come back.

This place was the perfect tonic, so peaceful and tranquil. The house is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and so very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking another break here.

  • "The cottage was ideal for our family holiday but a few issues which need to be resolved."

The shower upstairs has a leak as the carpet on the landing is damp all the time. The downstairs back bedroom is damp and smells musty. The hall cupboard has mould. Unfortunately the cottage was not very clean.

  • "What a beautiful little place for us to rest our heads and in such a great location."

With easy reach of all the main roads we have travelled all over Tenby. Cannot recommend this place enough. Every morning I sat on the balcony drinking my tea watching the boats go by. Such a peaceful location. Just what me and my family needed after the city confinement of lockdown. Thank you. We will be back ☺️

  • "This is one of the cleanest cottages we have ever booked."

It is so comfortable and really well equipped. The owners provided us with great information prior to arrival to help us plan our New Year’s Eve, as well as leaving us some treats for our New Years celebrations. Thank you!! I certainly recommend this cottage.

  • "The house was better equipped and more spacious than expected, so we were pleasantly supplied."

Also, the owner kindly left us welcome chocs and wine which went down a treat. The pub was a stone's throw from the house and very welcoming with lovely food and a brilliant view, and the local walks were breathtaking. Our only very slight niggle was that there seemed to be a small leak coming from somewhere in the upper bathroom as the floor seemed to get damp - but as I said, not really a big downside and, as we left a note regarding this for the owner, I'm sure this will be sorted for the next arrivals.

The furnishings are of a high standard and there was absolutely nothing else we could have asked for from the cottage. The beds were all comfortable the sofa and the dining table all seated all 7 of us which is something very important when you all go on holiday together that you have the opportunity to all be together.
