This light and spacious detached cottage is surrounded by countryside in the village of Llangynin near St Clears.
With nearby walks this cottage is ideal for lovers of the outdoors and families looking to spend quality time together.
The lovely sitting room has patio doors out to the front of the property which allows the light to flood in making this a delightful room to spend time in.
From here French doors open to the kitchen which has a large dining area and a breakfast bar and there is a useful utility which opens onto the porch.
This is a great place to take off your coats and boots after you have been enjoying the local walking trails.
The bedrooms are set across the ground and first floor and all have either a double or king-size bed (one of which can be split to form two single beds) and enjoy stunning countryside views over open fields.
The master bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room and there are an additional family bathroom and shower room.
A pretty lawned area to the front and rear of the cottage allows space to relax whilst listening to the birds and local wildlife while to the rear there is a gravelled area with a bench looking out to the open fields and woodland.
Nearby walks lead out into the countryside and there are routes which take you into the nearby woodland.
This area is a fantastic choice with many beaches, places of historic interest and a selection of golf courses.

St. Clears is a small town set inland between Carmarthen and the coastal resorts of the Pembrokeshire coast. Great for exploring the South Wales coastline, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists, and explorers alike. St. Clears hosts a variety of festivals and carnivals throughout the year, and has a number of shops, pubs and eateries, and the mound of the 12th century St. Clears Castle can still be seen. Within a short drive of St. Clears are Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and the Heron's Brook Golfing and Fishing Centre. Visit Tenby, Laugharne Castle, the Dylan Thomas Boathouse and the renowned Botanic and Aberglasney Gardens.
