The property

Enjoying a superb position within the Llanteglos Estate is this semi-detached holiday home, Heulwen Lodge, situated just a few miles away from the pretty coastal village of Amroth.

This spacious accommodation is well-equipped for a family seeking a refreshing base to explore all of the delights of Pembrokeshire’s coast and countryside.

After an action-packed day, look forward to relaxing into your evening within the open-plan living room, where you will find everything you could possibly need during a week-long stay with your loved ones.

Fulfilling your culinary needs is a well-equipped kitchen, where the designated chef of the group can prepare a home-cooked meal whilst the rest of the family enjoy a glass of wine at the breakfast bar to plan the days ahead.

Gather your loved ones at the dining table to enjoy your evening meals before unwinding on the sofa and tuning into the TV.

As the evening draws to a close, look forward to retiring to one of the well-presented bedrooms, comprising a ground-floor single bedroom and a relaxed mezzanine-style double bedroom, where the Velux roof window floods the room with natural light.

During the summer months, spend a moment or two within the private garden area where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining or make the most of the site’s on-site facilities which include a tennis court and a children’s play area.

If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful base, head to the village of Amroth where you will find all the amenities including a selection of pubs, cafés and shops and access to southern part of the award-winning Pembrokeshire Coast Path for those seeking an adventure.

During the summer months you can look forward to soaking up the sun at the nearby beaches of Saundersfoot and Tenby, or head inland to find a number of attractions including castles, a zoo, museums and steam railways.

Amroth is a coastal village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is the southern start of the award-winning Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The village has a selection of pubs serving good food, cafes and shops close to the beach which offers safe swimming. The beautiful sandy beach stretches the whole length of the village and you can see the petrified forest, destroyed when sea levels rose 7000 years ago. From this wonderful seaside location you can discover all Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire have to offer and with such an array of attractions you will be spoilt for choice.
