  • "Lovely homely property, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you may need."

The enclosed garden is ideal for a pet and a short walk through the back gate takes you to the millennium coastal path. We would definitely return to this property.

  • "Lovely comfortable cottage, spotlessly clean, all facilities you need in the cottage."

Very well placed for walks on the beach and around the coastal path. Enclosed garden for dogs, and Welsh cakes, tea and milk received gratefully on arrival. The only thing I could suggest is more information in the cottage about the surrounding area, eg places to eat out, and places to visit. Otherwise no complaints at all.

  • "The property was so comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean."

We were met by owners who had left us welcoming gifts, they told us how to get to the places of interest and told us they could be contacted by phone any time. The area is absolutely fantastic for keen walkers, so many different areas to visit all by foot from the property. We would have loved to have taken my parents next time we go (and we will return!) but the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs too steep for them. It was a lovely holiday, people we met with dogs were very friendly. Couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to stay! Thank you for providing the best for your guests, they do appreciate it!

  • "Property clean and had everything you could ever need."

Kids enjoyed the Lego and Articulate. Great enclosed garden and space for the dog as well as homely conservatory for the adults. Having the beach less than 10 minutes walk away was fantastic and we would definitely return. Very helpful owner. If I were being really picky I would say it would be nice to have some information about local beaches, pubs, markets, cinemas, shopping, places of interest, bike hire, toboggan and skiing at Pembrey etc. Like a folder of welcome information. I used Google to search as Internet was good but would be nice to have some recommendations.

There is so much to see and do close by, a gorgeous beach only 5 mins walk away, and Pembrey Country park just 5 mins drive.

An added bonus was the short walk to a beautiful sandy dog friendly beach through a gate at the bottom of the garden. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

  • "Awel y Môr Extremely comfortable( especially the beds!"

) immaculately clean & only a 10 min stroll to Burry Ports beautiful vast beach. The host met us upon our arrival & was very friendly & accommodating. A good sized enclosed garden if taking your four legged friend and a beautiful dog friendly pub just a few mins up the Rd.(The ship aground) ) but be sure to book ahead if you want to eat ,even if you are sitting in the garden-The food is amazing and reasonably priced (I strongly recommend the fried cockles & lava bread) Thank you for a great week We will definitely be coming back!
