  • "Fantastic property, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

Beds a little creaky but that is the only fault we can think of. House was clean and tidy when we arrived. We had a lovely stay, thank you. We had an issue with one of the neighbours dogs attacking our dog so be careful when leaving the house to get to you car and things but owner was very understanding and helpful.

  • "Lovely property and friendly hosts."

The TV wasn't working on arrival and the hosts sorted a replacement very quickly for us which was great. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cooking utensils & cutlery, everything was catered for. The games area was a great bonus, we enjoyed a few evenings with the family making use of the facility as well as taking advantage of the hot tub! The added bonus to the property was the friendly Chickens & Ducks roaming around, my son was thrilled!

  • "Very good hosts couldn't do enough for us."

Clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Brilliant games area. Play area was concealed so the kids couldn't get out and we could see them from the cottage. One thing we would add is a bolt lock to the doors in the bunk bed room and the large family room of the cottage because it would be safer for children. We will be back!

  • "From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay at The Cottage."

The property is really well equipped, is in a beautiful peaceful setting and had all we could want as a family. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful and did everything they could to ensure that we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

  • "Had a lovely family vacation with family and grandchildren ,everyone had a super time children loved hot tub ,play equipment and games rm ."

Very helpful and welcoming hosts that live adjacent, nice location to local coastal locations. Tv lacked normal channels as quite often occurs in parts of Wales but it was a Smart Tv .(knowing this from previous cottages we take a Firestick to stream our own Prime and Netflix accounts to safe uploading accounts) Nice and comfy seating with log burner for cosey nights in. Only thing we found that could be improved would be Bathroom refurbishment as decor is a little tired but wouldn’t prevent us returning . Thank you for a lovely stay. SJI

  • "Was having a lovely time till a little accident and my son broken the end of a pool cue in the games room."

My daughter was straight in to tell me what happened the next minute a woman was round knocking on are door while I was in the bath. I had to get out the bath the lady was telling me what’s done and in a way she was saying my son was disrespectful my son is far from disrespectful it was like he’d just smashed a window there was no need to come straight around as obviously I would have paid for a replacement my son went around and apologised he is only 7 and things happened this just ruined are stay and we left the next day even though we had time left the cottage it’s self was lovely but could do with abit of maintenance the dryer didn’t work only half the grill worked some black mould in the bathroom and the toilet seat kept moving and also only a few jets on the hot tub worked but other than that the cottage was great I was looking to book again but after the accident happened I won’t be booking again which is a real shame

I'm sorry that you are upset that we brought the damage matter to your attention unfortunately we do not accept is was an accident but we do understand that children can be children. Therefore, when an incident like this arises, I do feel like any caravan park or holiday resort or games room or arcade where there is an instance of possible intentional damage that it should be brought to the attention of the parents for them to deal with. We really do appreciate the fact that your son knocked the door to apologise and we totally admired him for being brave enough to do that we weren't upset about what he did we were just bringing it to your attention and that is why we declined your kind offer of buying us a new cue. With regards to the few instances of maintenance that you experienced once again thank you for the feedback we shall get these sorted immediately unfortunately these are issues that we are unaware of until they are brought to our attention so we do appreciate this feedback and going forward we shall put in the property a update book for people just to give us notes on any issues for example the broken oven grill - thank you once again.
