  • "This is by far the best holiday property we have ever stayed in."

It is equipped beyond any expectation. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, great sized rooms. The owners are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The welcome gifts and milk in the fridge was a lovely surprise. I would recommend this place 100%.

  • "The two things that let this property down was the right driveway onto the property and the garden wasn't enclosed as per the listings."

There was no gates on the front and the garden was around the house so you have a dog you need to be very careful when letting it out. The interior of the property was lovely and clean, had all you needed but the setter were a bit on low side for those less able to get up from them.

  • "A lovely Bungalow in a very peaceful small village."

It was very well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking eating out most days. There is not any local shops so this needs to be considered.

  • "Lovely, spacious, comfortable property, accurately captured in the photos and information."

Very clean and well equipped. We loved the seclusion of Martletwy but very accessible to north and south Pembrokeshire. Don't miss the nearby gems of Lawrenny and Cresswell Quay. We were blessed with the weather and so had a very special few days with Ffynnon Ni as our excellent base.

  • "The bungalow was roomy and clean and it had an overstocking of kitchen equipment."

The garden was a disappointment both front and back are overgrown, to get to the washing line is awkward. The double bed squeaks madly and so do the floors, also the shower in the en-suite needs replacing. The bungalow is tired, but you pay for what you get.

  • "The bungalow was comfortable and in a good location."

Generally well-equipped although no dishwasher and bit lacking in general supplies like spare loo roll and washing-powder. Our main disappointment was with the paddock opposite which the website claimed contained a trampoline, climbing-frame, playhouse, BBQ and picnic benches, for shared use by the bungalows; in fact, the paddock was now being used to store building supplies and was unsafe for children. Also, the back garden was overgrown. The kids felt very let-down, sadly.

We can honestly say that we found nothing lacking. Property was spotless and fresh smelling, well maintained. Ideal for a person with access challenges. The location is central for tourist attractions. A car is needed. We will be going to this property again.

  • "Mr & Mrs Barrettt deserve congratulations for the standard of presentation of Ffynnon Ni."

It is a beautiful bungalow in a very quiet location that was equipped with everything to make there for a week most comfortable and easy. There was a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits and coffee etc. Soap in both bathrooms and lovely crisp clean towels. There was loads of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. This was so welcome, as we have stayed in places where 4 people meant just and only 4 of mugs, plates cereal bowls wine glasses etc. The outside discrete patio area to sit in the sun was a gem. It takes a little 10 minute drive to get to Narberth with basic shops and 20 minutes to reach Pembroke or Pembroke Dock, but shopping can very easily be fitted in with a day's excursion. There is very little traffic along the lane outside, so very quiet. We enjoyed our holiday greatly, and would give serious consideration to a return to an area we love. Mike Harris
