The location of the cottage is fabulous with gorgeous views over the bay. The cottage itself is cosy and welcoming. We chose this cottage specifically as it is described as having access to a private beach which we were intending to take our dog to every day of our stay. We were very disappointed to discover that the private beach is accessed via an incredibly steep and very overgrown path which looked too dangerous to attempt. Guests at the next door B&B did manage to make it down there but struggled to make the climb back up the hill. I do think the description is very misleading as it gives the impression that the beach is at the end of the garden path. This is so not the case and needs to be honestly and properly explained in the overview of the cottage.
