The only problem we had is on our return home we realised that we had left a phone charger plugged in at the lodge, and my wife had only put one earring in before leaving from home, the other must have been left in the lodge as she only went from lodge to the car. We telephoned the reception straight away, and we were told that inquiries would be made. Three days later we phone up again and we were told that they could not get into the lodge until the next guest had left. It has now been over a week and we still have not heard anything.
These items should have been found by the person cleaning the lodge after the visit. Can not understand why the items were not logged in a lost and found book. Then we would have been able to be told straight away. I either cleaned the lodge so well before I left so the cleaner did not have to do any cleaning, or the cleaner just check everything properly. Aftercare not very good .
