    The cottage did everything we wanted it to do. What was really good was its location - Neyland. Although we had not been there before, Neyland is well located for exploring SW Wales.

Picton Cottages

Located opposite each other and next to a yacht club within the town of Neyland in Pembrokeshire are these wonderfully presented properties. Boasting estuary views with Sea Breeze offering them from the front and Lydstep from the rear, the owner has personally decorated and furnished both of these delightful properties to a high standard. These two lovely properties provide comfortable accommodation for families with a bustling marina just down the road where you can enjoy a drink at the yacht club, plus the Irish ferry arriving and leaving just across the water is quite a sight to watch too! These welcoming holiday homes are conveniently accessible to some of the best days out in the whole of Wales. One of the most beautifully scenic coastlines in the world is right on hand with its rugged rocks, wonderful sandy beaches, the hidden St. Govan's Chapel built into the rocks, castles, theme parks, boat trips to the bird islands and so much more. The town of Pembroke with its 13th century castle is nearby, plus within driving distance is the town of Haverfordwest with amenities including shops, tea rooms and seafood restaurants, and the city of St Davids, the smallest city in the British Isles is well worth a visit. These two excellent properties are the perfect family base for a Pembrokeshire holiday at any time of year.

The property

A splendid terraced house with a first floor sitting room, from where you can watch boats launching from the yacht club.

Also on the first floor is a double bedroom, and make your way down the stairs to the ground floor where you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a wet room.

Outside the lovely courtyard is a hidden place, where you can enjoy a morning coffee in peace, or relax on the tiered garden.
