  • "Could do with some decent cuttlery."

  • "I would say it "met expectations" purely because this is a return booking and we have stayed there before."

We love the Honeypot, just the right size for the two of us and the dog, its comfortable, ideally placed for exploring South Pembrokeshire and feels homely. The weather was pretty wet - but the Honeypot is cosy enough to settle in with the Sunday papers and the telly - we really like the peace and quiet. The owners are always on hand and helpful and friendly - logs for the wood burner, fresh eggs form the hens and advice where to go.

  • "First meeting was abrupt and cottage not ready until 4pm."

Fire alarm too close to cooker and went off every time cooker door was opened. Jacuzzi not working. Wi fi not available as advertised and bed not very comfortable. Upset that only heating in lounge was an uncleaned log burner. No freezer facility available. Early in the week we kept loosing the television sound and picture approximately every 20 mins or so. The outside picture of The Honey Pot was obviously taken many years ago. This did not upset our holiday as weather was fantastic and surrounding area is beautiful.

  • "Loved the location - nice and peaceful, but close to all the facilities we'd need for ourselves and our dog, and also close to plenty of dog friendly places to visit."

The people were all friendly and helpful, and we'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet holiday location with or without their dog.

There were many extra touches from logs waiting in the log burner to fresh eggs from their hens which made the break special.

We had a lovely stay st the Honey pot, the jacuzzi bath didn’t really work the jets didn’t work and you couldn’t get enough hot water to fill the bath properly but it wasn’t really a big issue

  • "The Honeypot is lovely holiday accommodation."

Comfortable and clean and in a good central location. The ponies are friendly and the fresh eggs from the hens were gratefully appreciated (as were the homemade welsh cakes!) The private enclosed garden is perfect for our dog. This was our third stay here and we will visit again.

  • "Very family oriented owners."

Chickens and horses to feed, welsh cakes and eggs left on doorstep. Lovely places to visit, especially the beaches at Angle and Tenby. No rain at all for our stay (very lucky). All in all a great place to stay.

We both would like to thank the lady that brought the welsh cakes around to us they were very tasty and a nice gesture, thank you. We did enjoy the holiday very much the position of the property wash in a very quiet place and very relaxing.
