Tucked away in the Preseli Hills is this characterful, old farmhouse.

The youngest part of this property is around 250 years old and this is reflected in the beautiful period features within the farmhouse.

Enter the property and find yourself in a traditional slate-tiled hallway, featuring original staircase and a lovely piano.

To your left you will find a cosy living room populated with comfortable sofas, large TV, a feature fireplace with wood burning stove and a window seat overlooking the front.

Off the hallway there is also a large kitchen/diner with all the appliances needed to cook up a delicious meal.

Just off the kitchen is the first of the bedrooms; a double room with en-suite shower room as well as a handy utility room with washing and drying facilities as well a door leading outside.

Outside there is a garden area to the front of the property as well as an enclosed space to the side with luxurious hot tub.

The property is on the outskirts of the village of Brynberian within the Pembrokeshire countryside.

There are plenty of walking opportunities in this area as well as places to visit such as Newport and Cardigan.

The village of Brynberian, found in the rambling Pembrokeshire countryside, is nestled in the heart of the Preseli Hills, where sheep and wild horses amble though with cattle grids to keep them on the mountain. The town of Newport is 5.5 miles away, where you can find a wonderful sandy beach, gift shops and a round of golf. A 20 minutes drive takes you to Cardigan, which boasts a selection of unique shops along with tea rooms, two cinemas, a modern theatre and live music. Cardigan is also home to a large beach called Poppit Sands, which is ideal for relaxing in the summer and also perfect for an exhilarating winter walk. The Iron Age fort of Castell Henllys is nearby, providing a great day out for all the family, while there are a number of walks and cycle trails to explore. An ideal location, within easy reach of all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
