Garden was perfect for my two dogs. House very cosy and comfortable. Shame about the drains but Vicki did offer to sort asap. Why don’t people adhere to the rules. I will probably book again as we loved Pembrey Country Park, different walks everyday and the sun shone. Thank you for a lovely house.

Thanks for the lovely feedback. We checked the drains and some customers had put sanitary products down the toilets despite my notices. Now put a house keeping bond on bookings so next time I can charge the customers who do it. Property Owner

Chris and particularly Vicki were helpful with issues, mainly of our own making. Although seemingly close to the main road through Pembrey the place was quiet, with no traffic noise. But this does give easy access to enable trips to South Wales's many attractions. The garden was a big, secure place for our two old dogs to meander, with access across the road to the Canal path for longer walks. Would thoroughly recommend a stay.

Pembrey Country Park and Forest and Pembrey Beach were our favourites and also the walk along the coast path to Burry Port. Our car never left its parking space. Locally the Pembrey Country Inn was a good dog friendly pub to eat and drink. (Large portions so be aware a starter may not be required) Sunday lunch was particulary good. Anorther good watering hole was the Portabello Inn in Burry Port. All in all a good time was had by the both of us and the dog who received a fuss and treats where ever we went.

The house is a lot more spacious than it looks on the photos, very comfortable and homely throughout. The welcome pack of wine, Welsh cakes and breakfast provisions was very much appreciated. The owners did everything possible to ensure that our stay was a happy experience, information about the property and the area sent to us before the holiday and we were contacted during our stay to make sure everything was okay. This included, apologising for the fence, as they had to do a temporary fence up to make the garden secure as some fence panels had come down in the storm the day before. The area is very dog friendly, with the coastal path, woods and country park all very close.
