  • "The Studio was very comfortable and clean and had lovely decor."

It was light and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The Studio was situated in a lovely village with close pathway to the beach, ideal for dog walking. There was a local pub nearby which served lovely food and the locals were very friendly.

  • "What a find!"

This was our first time away with our dog Ash and we picked a perfect place to stay. The owner Paul welcomed us on our arrival, explained a bit about the studio and left us to enjoy our time there. The accommodation is set in a lovely quiet village not too far away from Tenby town centre. The studio is well equipped and very spacious. It has a warm comfy feel to it. The views from the back patio area of the coast are stunning. There is a footpath that takes you straight to South beach and a walk along the beach takes you into Tenby centre. We spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back!

Just what we wanted, comfort, quiet, chilled. Walked lots, beach very close. Pub very close had a great steak and ale pie at the cross inn, locals very friendly. Paul the owner introduced himself then just left us to do our own thing, nice bloke. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely return. Thank you.

  • "Absolutely lovely stay."

We will definitely come back! Massive studio very comfortable and a great location we walked into Tenby and back most days on the beach. A few things we think it needs after staying a week. More kitchen bits - Cheese grater Proper knifes to cut bread etc A sponge and fairy liquid A big sauce pan had to cook pasta in a wok We took our air fryer and it was brilliant as no proper oven. Guest book and a welcome booklet on the studio would be good, I’ve never stayed at a place without these. Unfortunately both doors let in a lot of light in the morning, blinds would be good on these. None of this ruined our holiday but we think it would be easier with these things. Thanks for a great stay we will be back! Thanks!

  • "Met by the owner of the property, who was helpful and polite, unfortunately I left my plug adapter for my toothbrush at home and he managed to find one for me, very helpful about transport links going in to Tenby."

Apartment was great, very clean and tidy, comfortable sofa & bed, great shower and nice large screen television with Netflix. View at the back of the property of Penally was stunning. The weather could of been better but we were lucky to have the comforts of the apartment. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again when we visit Tenby next time.

  • "Lovely studio in a great location."

Accommodation was ideal for us. The only point to raise is what others have previously stated, a hook or two in the bathroom would be great and also some up to date local information to help plan your stay

  • "We had a really nice, relaxing four-night stay at this lovely place a couple of miles south of Tenby."

It's in a quiet, pretty village with beautiful beach and country walks on the doorstep, but you can easily get into Tenby itself. The place is ideal for a couple. There is a terrace with great views over to the sandy beach and sea - it's enclosed, so good for dogs (unless your dog jumps walls!). It was equipped with all you need, and the friendly owner was around for any questions.

  • "Just had a wonderful week at the studio."

Lovely spacious accommodation, with amazing views of sea from the patio. Great as very dog friendly. The beach is a short walk away and dog friendly and you can walk all the way along the beach to Tenby. Penally is a quiet little village but has 3 pubs close by. My only criticism of the accommodation would be is that there weren't many cooking utensils/pots and pans, a cheese grater would be good and maybe an air fryer as there is only a microwave, also some local information would have been really useful, as we spent a lot of time trying to research area for shops, places to eat and visit. But overall a great place to stay which I would highly recommend

  • "Enjoyed a 2 night stay in The Studio."

It was beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The photo of the outside space does not do it justice. It has amazing views and was perfect to chill out at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a book. I would recommend a hook in the bathroom to hand clothes/dressing gown and that the mirror is slightly higher. We are both 6ft and had to bend down to see in it!! Only picky things, the place was fabulous.

Everything was perfect & it is in such a great location. It was so comfortable & the view from the terrace is just gorgeous. close to some fantastic walks and a convenient reliable 6minute bus ride into the hubbub of Tenby Town or a stunning 20 minute coastal walk and you’re there.I’d highly recommend. Owners were warm and welcoming. The property is a cool haven in hot weather with stunning views of Caldey island. A Little tricky to find initially even with local taxi firm, but just ask for what used to be the shop in penally and the friendly locals will direct you. Enjoy!

The only thing that was missing for us was black out blinds at the kitchen door and window or possibly an alternative would be a curtain across the kitchen area to keep the light out I know it’s only a personal preference but something to consider.

My only criticism is it said dog friendly and from the picture provided it looks like you have access to the garden. However access to the garden is fenced off and the owners have there own dog , there is plenty of places to take the dog in the area and restaurants near the beach are dog friendly too.
