  • "Balmoral is a beautiful house, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

We requested a hot tub clean mid week as we had used it a lot. Caroline's husband came the next day to do that for us. We were left a lovely welcome pack which we really appreciated, especially the Welsh tea! The house is situated in a perfect location, with everything on the doorstep, including the beach. Pendine is a lovely little place, with an amazing beach, pub and places to eat. We loved our week there and will recommend Balmoral to our friends and family. Thank you

  • "It is a lovely house in a beautiful setting."

i have to mention a few issues upon arrival there was crisps and sweets under the settee in the lounge. In one of the bedrooms there was a pair of white socks with blood on them and a beer bottle top under the bed. Also there is a lot of food debris under the micro wave. Upstairs toilet , on the underside of the toilet seat there was a lot of blood. Pro. There was a problem with the internet when we arrived but hats of to the owner someone came to the house to try and fix it.

  • "Balmoral is a lovely house which has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and is very comfortable and tastefully furnished throughout."

The close proximity to the beach is great and there are sea views from the rear of the the house and the garden. The hot tub was lovely. Pendine is a very convenient location with easy access to many other places along the coast in both directions without having to travel too far. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and we really appreciated her kindness. I would definitely return to Balmoral if back in the area and would highly recommend this property.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week at 'Balmoral'."

The property is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Mary, our host, was friendly, attentive and helpful but in no way intrusive. The family greatly enjoyed the hot tub and mild weather enabled us to make full use of the BBQ. The house is close to the village centre and the fantastic beach and cliffs. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending this delightful holiday property in a beautiful area of Wales.

Thank you very much. It was a pleasure having you here. Property Owner

About the location

PENDINE

Tenby 15 miles.

A delightful seaside village with a seven mile stretch of sandy beach, famous in its history for car racing and speed record attempts. The fateful car ‘Babs’, the driver of which was killed in one of the many speed record attempts, was buried in the sands for many years, but has now been dug up, restored and is often in the local museum for all to admire. Even the famous Amy Johnson used these perfect flat sands to take off on one of her many record flights. Steeped in history, these sands are perfect all year round, whether sunbathing, swimming and kite flying. With local pubs and restaurants serving good food, a café, a grocery shop and gift shops, Pendine is the perfect seaside village. Pendine is also home to the recently built Land of Speeds MUseum, which can be found on Pendine Promenade; the land speed record was actually broken on Pendine's beach, too! Nearby, the attractions range from Dylan Thomas' famous boathouse, where he penned so many of his literary masterpieces, castles, more sandy beaches, hidden coves and the vibrant seaside resort of Tenby, with Caldey Island and the majestic monastery a short boat trip away. A stunning location for exploring this beautiful part of Wales.
