Ocean Views Apartments

These purpose built holiday apartments are set up on the hill overlooking Pendine Sands with views as far as the Gower. They can be booked individually or together for a larger group or two families who wish to holiday in this part of South Wales. Beautifully presented with individual charm, the apartments are well equipped and are sure to be a lovely base for your seaside holiday. Both offer accommodation for four and have private outside seating areas, making them a perfect place to soak up the peace, quiet and scenic sea views from inside and out. Stroll down the hill to the beach, where you may wish to just relax, make a few sandcastles or try windsurfing. Whether on spring and summer days, or bristling windy autumn and winter days, time spent with the children on such a beautiful beach will be a delight. Alternatively, why not peruse the shops, or enjoy a coffee or meal at a café or restaurant? A short drive takes you to the idyllic village of Laugharne, which is most famous for Dylan Thomas' Boat House and shed where he penned so many of his poems, and when you see the views he looked upon while he wrote, you will begin to understand why this wonderful coastline inspires so many artists. After visiting the Boat House take a walk around Laugharne Castle and then enjoy a cream tea or fish and chips. With castles, mills, theme parks and so much more close at hand, your stay in one of these delightful apartments will be one of your best yet.

About the location

Tenby 15 miles.

A delightful seaside village with a seven mile stretch of sandy beach, famous in its history for car racing and speed record attempts. The fateful car ‘Babs’, the driver of which was killed in one of the many speed record attempts, was buried in the sands for many years, but has now been dug up, restored and is often in the local museum for all to admire. Even the famous Amy Johnson used these perfect flat sands to take off on one of her many record flights. Steeped in history, these sands are perfect all year round, whether sunbathing, swimming and kite flying. With local pubs and restaurants serving good food, a café, a grocery shop and gift shops, Pendine is the perfect seaside village. Nearby, the attractions range from Dylan Thomas' famous boathouse, where he penned so many of his literary masterpieces, castles, more sandy beaches, hidden coves and the vibrant seaside resort of Tenby, with Caldey Island and the majestic monastery a short boat trip away. A stunning location for exploring this beautiful part of Wales.
