  • "Lovely cottage and great for a big group/family."

All the amenities you need are there in abundance, clean towels, dishwasher, bedding, washer and dryer etc. Very close to Narberth and quite central to the rest of Pembroke by a short drive. The only downside is that I feel it needs a bit of TLC here and there, painting and touching up a bit. Overall cleanliness could be better. Floors (laminate) were still dirty and stained when we got there, had to hoover again. Dusty in places. Would visit again if staying in a big group.

Nice touch by Debbie (owner) she left us a mixture of fresh duck & hen eggs, which were beautiful, there is a honesty box at the front of the property for eggs to take home, we bought a dozen. Would recommend a stay here.

If there was one there we didn't find it. Also the user guides for appliances should be kept together. otherwise the place was great and we had a lovely holiday. The owner was on site and very friendly and helpful.

A bathroom for each bedroom was a luxury and there was plenty of space for relaxing, dining and playing games. The only downside was dog mess in the garden and no paths for walking away from the house so driving everywhere was a necessity. Would still recommend the property for a quiet family stay

  • "We had an amazing week here, exploring the area with its beautiful beaches/coastline, lovely villages (Narberth, Saundersfoot and Tenby are a must), castles and forests which were just a 5 minute drive from the property and great for the dog."

There is so much to do for children in this part of Wales too - we took the kids to Folly Farm and the Dinosaur Park, but we could have filled many more days. The owner of the cottage was lovely, the cottage is extremely spacious and perfect for a large family and the garden was a generous size which came in handy for the dog when we were sitting out and relaxing in the evening. I would recommend booking if you want to eat out anywhere though as we struggled to get in places a few times; The Carew Inn next to the castle is well worth it. All in all, this was a really memorable week and we will probably be back at some point in the future.

The cottage was lovely and spacious and had everything we required. The owner was also very welcoming and it would be great to see what they do to the surrounding grounds over the next few years. The only suggestion would be to provide an other front door key as it’s a bit of an inconvenience if your in a large group and are splitting up as there’s only 1 key for the front door. Apart from that, no complaints, a really enjoyable week!
