  • "Ramsey Cottage is in a great location to access the pembroke coastal path."

Need to drive places for amenities but all very accessible. Lovely quiet location. Well designed premises and would definitely stay again.

We had a small issue with the hot water, but Paul was with us less than 5minutes after us contacting him, issue was resolved straight away. Thank you.

  • "Wonderful property have already recommended it to a friend who is looking for the perfect place to stay and explore the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast and countryside."

The property has everything and more you could need for an amazing break, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom with fantastic shower, bedrooms well appointed and the property was immaculately clean on our arrival with easy access along with a secure garden which again was perfect for our dogs. Ideally situated for the beach which is a very short walk away (which our dogs loved) the Pembrokeshire coastal path is also only a short walk away and affords the possibility for both short and long walks. 10 out of 10 from us we will definitely be visiting again. • "This is a beautiful rural place to stay, the beach is a short walk down the hill our dogs loved it ."

There is a pub and social club about 1.5 miles away around a 30min walk. The few locals we met were all very friendly. The caretaker of cottage was a lovely chap very helpful showed us how to work heating etc as it was Christmas break we needed it. The cottage has everything you need for a family stay it is maintained to a high standard no expense has been spared with fixtures and fittings. We loved our stay and hope to return again maybe in the summer .

We really appreciate your feedback and so happy you loved your stay at the cottage. Property Owner

  • "A modern well kept cottage with enclosed garden - perfect for a dog."

Cottage was clean and comfortable and the area had lovely walks. The only downside for us was the location was a a little too quiet but the cottage we absolutely couldn't fault and had a lovely time

  • "It was a shame that previous feedback had not been acted on as the instructions for finding the cottage were of no use."

The access to the internet was not clear and the code sent out by Sykes was incorrect, Upper case/ lower case wrong. The sykes website contradicts itself by in one place saying towels are provided and in another that they were not. On ringing the owner we were told to bring towels only to find on arrival towels on every bed. We were told the loose toilet seat would be fixed at changeover, lets hope it was, as it actually fell of towards the end of our stay. All these issues marred what would have been a lovely base from which to explore Pembrokeshire.

  • "We had a really nice stay, however, please take into account the following remarks."

Please call the property location "Skerryback Farm Cottages", this is listed on google maps and would make finding the property a lot more easy. The description of the route on the website is missng a whole part, the last bit, which is very important! The wifi was a staggering 5 pound a day! And there was no mobile network reception in the cottage, so no 4g... The pots and pans and cutlery are hardly enough for making dinner for 2 let alone for 6, which is the amount of people that can comfortably sleep in the cottage.

  • "We had a very enjoyable stay at Ramsey, the cottage has been renovated to a very high standard."

We took my elderly parents with us, it would’ve been helpful if there was a grab rail in the shower. Something to consider. The reason I gave a four was for the outside of the property. I think by weeding and fixing the wooden gate this would improve the appearance so much! Also, the sky light window in the kitchen ceiling is leaking, not sure if this has already been drawn to your attention. Many thanks Paula

Thank you so much for your feedback! We value your feedback and will act upon some of the points raised, We hope that you stay at our cottage again. Property Owner

  • "The address given by Sykes was incorrect."

It should be Skerryback farm cottages and not Sandy Haven farm. Lovely peaceful location, property was clean, warm and comfortable. Enjoyed the enclosed garden and gas BBQ. Garden gate needs fixing though. Shame there was no welcome information at all. So missed having any useful local information on the area. Also no information about the recycling process or other information about the property eg. what to do on departure day with bed linen. Confusion about the WIFI and whether it was £5 extra per day. This was resolved quickly by Sykes. Limited cooking equipment.
