    The bungalow is as described large well laid out and the balcony with good quality seating is a lovely addition the location is as described and excellent for families wanting to visit the beach Unfortunately there are negatives as well the property needs a good clean it is grubby in places there were only two loo rolls one tea towel one sponge and no dishcloths kitchen rolls etc There was some hand soap and a small amount of washing up liquid and dish washer tablets the milk left in the fridge was dated the day of our arrival and was off I had to buy kitchen roll kitchen cleaner etc not what I expected from the luxury description We have stayed in this price range property with yourselves and other companies and there has been all products to help to keep the property clean while you stay the floor mop and brush was filthy The French door is very difficult to open the grass is all lumps and difficult to play on The mattress in the bedroom with the ensuite is very uncomfortable the duet covers are not the quality they looked on the photos Overall lots of small things spoiling a fantastic stay A deep clean is definitely needed and more household items supplied Beautiful bungalow which with some effort and attention to detail would be outstanding

The property

A well decorated modern bungalow just of the centre of the lovely Saundersfoot in Pembrokeshire in Wales.

This cottage is spacious and just a very short flat walk to the beach, perfect for a family break on the south coast of Wales.

The cottage has a well-equipped contemporary kitchen which provides plenty of space to cook meals to serve in the dining room and french doors leading onto the terrace.

This leads through to the large sitting room, where guests can enjoy a relaxing night in front of the TV.

Three cosy bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the cottage.

Marlbrook comes with a delightful front courtyard and a stunning back yard with a lawn and a stylish veranda to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine.

Whilst Marlbrook enjoys a quiet position it is less than a three minute flat walk to Saundersfoot village centre, offering pubs, shops, restaurants, as well as a stunning harbour and pleasant beach.

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through Saundersfoot and is well worth a walk along, taking you to places such as Tenby and Amroth which are some of the more delightful resorts on the south Wales coast.

A fantastic bungalow in a beautiful location, Marlbrook can be enjoyed throughout the year.
