    “We came to visit St.”

Davids on the sad occasion of scattering my fathers ashes. Before arrival we had an email asking if it was possible for the local estate agents to show some potential buyers round the property. We said we would not like this to go ahead due to the nature of our visit and we do not feel comfortable with our valuables in the property if we were not there during the visiting. The owner of the property agreed and said she would pass on the message that we did not want the viewing to take place ...

The owner of the property agreed and said she would pass on the message that we did not want the viewing to take place while we were renting out the property. The morning after arriving i received a text message saying that the estate agents needed to come and complete the viewing as the potential buyers were travelling long distance (considering we had traveled 6 hours to stay here, this was not a valid excuse for us). Although this is not the owners fault we did not feel that enough effort was put in to ensure this viewing did not take place, we had a pleasant and stress/worry free stay. We believe that that estate agents were Town, Coast and Country Estate Agents as this was the sign outside the property. Apart from this the property was very nice, lovely and spacious for our stay.

I am so glad that you enjoyed the apartment and had a lovely and spacious stay. You were perfect guests. Its an Amazing location in a beautiful area of the city. The Apartment is thoughtfully styled and has everything you need. There are some great recommendations for places to eat and drink nearby, the market is lovely. - Sykes owner relations

About the location

ST DAVIDS

The city of St Davids is situated on the far south west coast of Wales.

Granted city status by Queen Elizabeth II, it is the smallest city in the UK, with its magnificent cathedral dating back to the 12th century and the ruins of the Bishop's Palace, both wonderful buildings to explore.

Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, St Davids is a delightful place with an array of unique shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs, surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery.

Nearby Whitesands Bay is one of the many beautiful beaches in the area, and walkers will delight in the spectacular views from the coastal path which runs around the complete coastline of Pembrokeshire.

Local buses will help with your walking plans, so that you can walk several stretches of the path with totally different landscapes and views each day.

Dolphin spotting from land or from the many boat trips to local islands are a must, and are also perfect for enjoying the wonderful array of birds in their natural habitat.

St Davids is the perfect holiday destination, whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing break, wonderful walking, a round of golf, an exploration of magnificent castles or fun-filled days at Oakwood Theme Park, farm parks and much more.
