    Inside was cosy and comfortable too. Excellent facilities and immaculate. The only thing we would suggest to improve it is a decent BBQ as the garden is so beautiful it would be lovely to have a BBQ. The idea of a disposable BBQ didn’t really work for us. We absolutely loved it and wish we could stay again but they are going dog free.

    Everything we needed was there. There seemed to be a lot of moths occupying the annex but it didn't take away from our stay and we have made some wonderful memories- thanks for allowing us to book and have my 60th Bday celebration at Sunnybrook.

  • "We had such a lovely stay in SunnyBrook."

    The owners were extremely welcoming and their property was very well equiped with all the facilities needed for a wonderful week away. The hot tub was really lovely and to warm up after a windy walk by the sea infront of the log burner a must! Definately a wonderful place o stay although very remote! local pub within walking is up for sale so not open. All other local areas a drive away. We would definaley recommend staying in sunnybrook! :-)

    A much needed holiday together with both sets of our parents and our children. The house is wonderful, so big and spacious to accommodate us all. A well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The garden area is perfect, lots of different seating areas and space to play games. It’s in an excellent spot with beautiful beaches and towns to visit. We had a wonderful week here! Thank you

The property

Settled in the centre of St. Ishmael's, Pembrokeshire is this wonderful detached bungalow, Sunnybrook.

Sleeping up to eight guests, Sunnybrook is a fabulous setting for your next holiday in South Wales, within reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Marloes Sands.

When you arrive at the property, you will notice ample off-road parking for four cars, before continuing to the decked area that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, including an idyllic stream.

Step inside the conservatory and make the most of the room's warm atmosphere and abundance of seating, while you enjoy a coffee and catch up with your group.

The close-by kitchen diner has seating for eight, whilst comprising of all your necessities, alongside a wall-mounted TV and a woodburning stove, creating an ideal socialising spot.

Make your way through the characterful stone archway and into the tastefully decorated living room, where you can lounge on the large leather sofas while watching your favourite show on the Smart TV.

As the evening draws to a close, head to one of four bedrooms; the first one being a king-size with a well-equipped en-suite shower room.

Situated nearby is a double bedroom, fitted with plenty of storage for you to keep your things neatly stored away, and a twin room for the little ones.

The fabulous family bathroom can be found nearby, a superb space served by a luxurious rollover bath and a spacious walk-in shower.

In addition to the main house is the annexe, members of the group who want a private dwelling will adore its charming double room with en-suite shower!

Outside you have access to a private enclosed garden with plenty of seating, a great place for peace and quiet, whilst the kids and your canine companion play on the large lawn.

After a day out, be sure to come back and enjoy an evening in the bar-shed, before soaking up in the hot tub and reminiscing together about all of the lovely activities you have gotten up to during your stay.

Sunnybrook is in the centre of St. Ishmael's, an enticing little village set amongst the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside; be sure to head down to the Sports & Social club to listen to live music whilst enjoying a craft beer.

If you're looking for a family day out at the beach, the property is in a prime location, sitting between the beaches of Dale and Sandy Haven.

For a day of stunning sea views, go for a stroll from the historic Monk Haven Beach to Lindsway Bay, where you can spot the renowned Great Castle Head Lighthouse in the distance.

The nearby village of Marloes contains your amenities, including: a village store and post office, alongside a country pub, The Lobster Pot Inn, where you can enjoy brilliant service in the sunny beer garden.

Travel west to the whaling town of Milford Haven; after wandering the town's colourful streets, why not partake in The Pembrokeshire Coast Path walk, or go sailing in the town's marina?

If you feel like getting back to nature, travel to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and take a boat to the park's islands to tour the nature reserves, where you can view deer and seabirds.

St Ishmael's is a splendid little village resting within the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, surrounded by luscious rolling countryside and close to the idyllic coastline. It offers a popular sports and social club, and a fabulous garden centre which hosts a superb tearoom, also serving excellent meals. A wonderful, small beach rests nearby at Lindsway Bay, which is where Prince Charles walked his first steps on Welsh soil. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs nearby, passing through simply unbeatable scenery. The pretty town of Milford Haven sits a few miles away, offering a stunning marina, an interesting local museum and a range of amenities.
