  • "A lovely place to stay!"

The lodge is beautiful- comfortable, well located, super clean and well equipped. It was our second stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you for allowing us to borrow your home by the sea for a week!

  • "Our second visit to Heritage Park, this time to Silverwood."

What a lovely property it is. Sparkling and clean when we arrived. The attention to decor from the time you enter the property is very noticeable. From pictures to ornaments, to colour scheme, we loved the place. The property is also well equipped, everything you need is in there. The lounge seating area gives you plenty of space to sit and relax. The beds are comfortable. We had a little one with us, and the outdoor area is spacious, and safe. Lots of outdoor seating, with great views. We travelled in two cars, one car parked in the allocated space of the property and the other parked on the site car park, which is not too far to walk to. The site itself is peaceful and relaxing, and well looked after. Its a really good base. Its central enough to drive to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Amroth, Coppet Hall, Colby Woodland Gardens, and all the other places we like to visit. For anyone with children, can highly recommend Folly Farm and Zoo. We loved the property, and decided to book our next years holidays whilst we were staying there. Can highly recommend

Thank you so much for your lovely comments! We look forward to welcoming you back next year! Jeff and Liz. Property Owner

  • "We have just returned from our stay at Silverwood and we had a great time."

Stuart from Holiday Property Cleaning Services Pembrokeshire was fantastic and made everything run extremely well. He was very helpful even helping with places into visit and places to eat. He is a real credit to you at Sykes……

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! We are very fortunate to have Stuart look after Silverwood and also our other lodge Erisa. Just to point out though that Stuart is engaged to manage the lodges directly by ourselves and not by Sykes. Hope to welcome you again soon but the champagne is only provided for New Year bookings! • "Excellent lodge extremely comfortable."

Disappointed of the large increase for next yr. I would have returned but over £300 is too much. A big thank you to Stuart who looks after lodge for Liz/Jeff.

Thank you for your lovely feedback on Silverwood. The pricing is set by Sykes. As demand is currently this is reflected in the price for this excellent accommodation. Pricing is fluid so keep your eye on the website Property Owner

  • "Very well presented, exceptionally clean Lodge."

Site quiet and quiet and peaceful. Close proximity to the beach, but would be dangerous to walk there with young children due to narrow lanes with no pavements. Would recommend and definitely go back

  • "We were told that we needed to bring various items as they were removed from the lodge due to COVID."

These included things like oven gloves, tea towels, etc. So we pack all the items we thought we might need, only to find them already in the lodge! Slightly infuriating. Also the 10am checkout was very early considering we had to strip the beds as well! I understand more intensive cleaning is required, so an earlier checkout is fine, but I’m assuming the cleaners would have stripped the beds before COVID, so why do we suddenly have to do this ourselves?! The lodge was very nice and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay there.

I am so pleased Mr Gallop really enjoyed his stay at the lodge! Sykes do say that some things may not be provided because of Covid restrictions. However in our welcome email sent out prior to arrival by our management team which includes keysafe code etc we actually do say that tea towels are provided. In fact everything needed for your stay is provided. Also it clearly states checkout is 10.00am. Whenever possible we extend this but our cleaners are meticulous and cleaning now does take longer because of Covid. Similarly information in the lodge asks for beds to be stripped but it is not compulsory. We are hopeful that anything that helps protect our cleaners in these troubled times would be acceptable to our valued clients.” Many thanks Jeff and Liz Davies Property Owner
