    Very comfortable and clean. There was also a thoughtful hamper on entry. The site itself is a nice chill out place. Its about a 20 minute easy walk to Wiseman beach and about 10 minutes on to Saundersfoot. Lovely walk with our 2 dogs. We met the owners. Real genuine people who where very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return at some time in the future. Don't hesitate to book this

    After a terrible camping trip, we decided to book into the hideaway for a more enjoyable stay, and it exceeded our expectations straight away walking through its door! Once we settled in and explored the walks to the beach and locations surrounding, it made us realise we never wanted to leave! The perfect place to escape reality and truly relax! The Hideaway can be found resting in a quiet corner of the Heritage Park, adjacent to the impressive building of the Stepaside Ironwork.

Nestled in the beautiful and picturesque village of Stepaside near to the amenities of Kilgetty and just a short, relaxing walk from Wisemans Bridge Beach, this is a wonderful holiday base for exploring Wales as a couple, small group or family.

Take the few steps up onto the enclosed veranda and enter the open-plan living space, perfect for sociable evenings cooking in the fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, with a dining table to enjoy your home-made meals at.

The sitting area is light and airy, offering a luxurious premium leather fully-reclining sofa and accompanying chair, along with a Smart TV boasting a Blu-ray DVD player and warming electric fire too.

Continuing to impress are two well-presented bedrooms, one comprising a king-size bed and large walk-in wardrobe which can also be used as a dressing room, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed which can be made into two singles on request, has a fitted wardrobe and rests opposite to the sparkling shower room.

The rural village of Kilgetty is situated 2.4 miles from one of the most picturesque villages in Pembrokeshire, Cresswell Quay is best described as a delightful hamlet of scattered cottages at the edge of the tidal estuary. The central focal point is, of course, the old quay where boats can still moor, for the time the tide allows, and you may wish to pop into the Cresselly Arms for light refreshments. Just a short drive from the town of Tenby and offers a selection of shops and pubs, along with its own train station. Kilgetty is central to a number of attractions, with the coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby nearby, offering fabulous beaches, watersports and boat trips to Caldey Island, the home of a small gathering of monks and their monastery. Also nearby is the award winning Folly Farm, which makes for a great family day out and enables you to see a working farm at its best.
