The property

A modern and spacious detached property, on the edge of the popular village of Templeton, close to the pretty town of Narberth in South Wales.

Positioned on a quiet road, this is the perfect base for friends and families looking to enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, as well as being close to fantastic family days out with a selection of theme parks nearby.

Set in an unusual layout over a series of split-levels, there are five spacious bedrooms, together with a family bathroom and shower room.

There is a well-equipped kitchen on the third floor, with everything you need to rustle up a scrumptious meal, along with a dining area and a spacious sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Venture downstairs to the games room and spend your down time with a game of pool and a chilled drink before stepping outside and soaking up a summer's evening on the patio within the enclosed garden.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park stretches in both directions from nearby Saundersfoot, a traditional and quaint seaside resort, with fabulous restaurants.

You are perfectly situated to be able to make the most of lazy days on sandy beaches, walks along the coastal path and visiting pretty coastal towns, such as the medieval walled town of Tenby.

Also Oakwood, Blue Lagoon, Heatherton, Manor House Wildlife Park and Folly Farm are all less than a 15 minute drive, a great selection and something for all the family to enjoy.

Why not take a trip to the impressive seven mile stretch of sand at Pendine, famous for its land speed records and home to the local Museum of Speed?

The area offers numerous outdoor activities such as wildlife spotting boat trips, watersports, golf, fishing and horse riding, as well as fabulous cycling and walking trails.

Templeton is a small village which lies between Narberth and Tenby, two popular resorts in this area of South Wales. There is a fantastic village pub and also a welcoming wine bar with a restaurant if you fancy a night off from the cooking. Nearby is the bustling town of Narberth, a delight to discover with its many individual shops, including upmarket boutiques, specialist deli grocers and unique gift shops, and a wide choice of restaurants, bistros and pubs can be found in and around the town. Queen's Hall, Narberth's leading cultural and arts venue hosts a variety of concerts, plays and events, which can be enjoyed throughout the year. The whole of Pembrokeshire beckons with the harbour and seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot close by, visit secluded sandy beaches, such as the acclaimed Barafundle Bay for a quiet relaxing day, or take in an invigorating walk along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Several walking trails are accessible directly from the village.
