“Perfect place”This is the perfect place for several reasons. ...This is the perfect place for several reasons. 1. The appartements are in quieter location but near enough to town centre. 2. They are well equipped and well furnished. 3. The lady who looks after the apartments is very kind and helpful 4. The apartments look onto the sea , give a panaramic view of the fortress city and is a 1 minute walk from beach The one possible difficulty is parking , but thus is the case in the whole of Tenby. There is the option of reserving a parking spot at the rear of the building which is a great solution. In conclusion , I very much hope to stay here again one day !

Croft House Apartments
Originally a Georgian holiday residence, and one time host to Beatrix Potter, Croft House has now been sympathetically converted into holiday apartments, including these two adjacent second floor apartments – both can be booked individually or together to accommodate an extended group of family or friends. These two apartments offer cosy accommodation where you can relax together after great days, with No. 9 boasting sea views and No. 10 looks out of the rear of the building where you can see the remnants of a garden that inspired Beatrix Potter’s illustrations of Mr McGregor’s garden. The patio, which overlooks Tenby’s North Beach and famous harbour view has private steps leading directly to the beach and is one of the best spots in Tenby to just sit and watch the world go by, where you can see children making sandcastles, families enjoying watersports and boats coming and going from the harbour. Croft House is on a no-through road so is very quiet traffic wise, but is just a short stroll from Tenby’s centre with a choice of cafes and restaurants to suit any time of day, whether you’re in a fish and chip or a cordon bleu mood. The narrow streets are full of character and make for an interesting browse around the gift shops, or you can weave around the history of the town in a horse and carriage ride. Boat trips leave from Tenby harbour to take you fishing, on wildlife viewing trips, or one of the favourites amongst visitors is a trip to the monastic island of Caldey, where you can visit a village where life is much the same as it was a century or two ago. These two holiday apartments are also an ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire with an endless list of places to go and things to see, including impressive castles, ancient monuments, quiet coves, theme parks and a zoo.

The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manobier. For teens and younger visitors, Oakwood Theme Park provides a brilliant, fun-filled day out whilst Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.
