TRELLECH

Monmouth 6 miles; Chepstow 10.6 miles; Ross-on-Wye 16 miles.

The beautiful village of Trellech is located in the picturesque Wye Valley, close to Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, Llandogo and Tintern with its famous Abbey ruins. The village derives its name from the three standing stones, known as 'Harold's Stones', and was once one of the largest towns in Wales, hence its wonderful church.
