“Great location, nice big house for family/friends holidays.”

We stayed for 7 nights. First night the hot tub wasn’t warm enough,(fair enough it had been cleaned) then the hot tub failed to warm up half way through our holiday. So out of 7 nights we were only able to use the hot tub for 3 days. The Owners wouldn’t fix it. This was Very disappointing, as this is one of the main reasons this accommodation was booked. We stayed the first week in September (the last week of the school Holliday season) we felt this showed in the accommodation and the attitude of the owners/house keepers. With their poor customer services and “we will have to make do” attitude towards Us - their paying guests. Great location, nice house, but some customer services skills needed!
