“The house was amazing, exceeded our expectations.”

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there. Would highly recommend ‘Bwlchygwynt’, spotlessly clean, comfortable, warm, lovely decor, a real home from home.

The property

Nestled in the coastal town of Llanelli, in the county of Carmarthenshire, Wales, is this delightful three-storey dwelling.

Internally, the property has been modernised with a light decor, quality features and a light colour scheme, making it a warm and welcoming base throughout.

Look forward to relaxing and unwinding in the comfort of your own open-plan living space, with plenty of furnishings to curl up with your loved ones and catch up with your favourite shows.

Walk through to the kitchen, housing all the appliances you could need to rustle up some delicious meals, whilst enjoying a family gathering at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine.

Follow the steps up to the first floor, where you will find a spacious king-size bedroom, with plenty of contemporary furnishings and ample storage space.

Also on this floor is a snug room, where you can escape for some quiet time to read a good book.

This room contains a sofa bed that can sleep two as well as a balcony overlooking the sea and let's not forget the family bathroom where you can look forward to enjoying a warm soak at the end of an action-packed day.

The second floor provides two twin bedrooms, one boasting a modest balcony.

Step into the spacious enclosed garden with a refreshing drink so you can enjoy the fresh country air.

You are a stone's throw away from a lovely sandy beach, where you can spend your afternoons relaxing or taking a lovely stroll.

Venture towards the Millennium Coastal Path, spanning across 13 miles and perfect for those keen cyclists.

A popular choice is the National Botanic Garden of Wales, offering formal gardens, lakes and woodland in a huge tropical greenhouse.

A 40 minute drive takes you to the Gower which is an area of outstanding beauty with beautiful coastlines and beaches.

The house is a few minutes from the championship golf courses Machynys Peninsula Golf and Country Club and just 5 miles from the Ashburnham Golf Club.

For a spot of history, the 19th century Parc Howard Museum is an excellent choice, along with the historic property of Plas Llanelly and the medieval fortification Loughor Castle.

Bwlchygwynt is a wonderful base for friends and families to escape to the coast of Wales.
