  • "This was a very comfortable flat with good facilities."

It did take us a little time to find it though as the directions were not detailed enough.

  • "We felt a lot of thought had been put into the guests' comfort, for example the bathroom had plenty of hooks and towel rails, which is very unusual (and welcome!"

). The cottage was very well presented, we liked the decor and it was well furnished and equipped. We would definitely come back here. We loved Solva, and the apartment is well situated for the coast path. One very small point - the recycling and bin instructions were a bit complicated, and recycling bags had started to pile up outside - someone from another apartment and I put them all out. I think very clear rewritten instructions would be a help. And put the apartment number on the outside of the box, so it can be seen.

Thank you very much for your positive comments. We acknowledge there is a problem with re cycling in Pembrokeshire in general. We have tried to make the instructions as easy to understand, but these have been changed several times. We will try to simplify the instructions furthers. We were glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Property Owner

  • "Lovely holiday flat, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

Geoff the owner very friendly and approachable. Shop 2 mins walk for daily necessities. Beaches and harbour nearby were great to visit. Nice pubs but you must book before you arrive as get very busy. Best beach was Whitesands Bay just beyond St David's. Overall fab holiday and would definitely return.

  • "Lower Deck was absolutely delightful for our week in Solva."

The flat exceeded our expectations in a quiet, central and secure location in upper Solva. It was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We won't hesitate to stay again and will share this great place with our friends and family.

  • "We have just spent a very relaxing two weeks in Lower Deck."

The flat is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the trouble taken to prepare the flat, during this pandemic and felt safe during our stay. It is very convenient for the local shop and buses. It is very quiet and had no problems with noise from the flat above, which was occupied.

  • "A comfortable and very well appointed flat within five minutes walk of local shop, pubs and coast path."

The only thing missing, as far as we were concerned was a step stool so I could reach top shelves in the kitchen without calling on my partner. Oh, and a dishwasher would be of far more use than a washing machine.

  • "Absolutely brilliant location."

Our first time in Pembrokeshire but ideal for everything we wanted to do. Boatrip, birdwatching, sea kayaking with seals as a bonus, walking, dozing, and some local culture and history. Appartment was well equipped, we even had a BBQ one evening. We were very lucky with the weather, no rain until our last night but we did not mind that. We had a wonderful week and will definitely return. Thank you!!!

One comment about your key instructions. The key box information was correct BUT there was a second key pad lock on the door and there were no directions given on this key code. On telephoning your office (once I found a location where I could get a mobile signal) I was told that this code was on the key label I was holding - it worked thankfully.

Thank you for your feedback, we have now updated the key instructions that are sent to guests, so they are clearer. Thank you for letting us know and we hope to see you again in the future. Property Owner
