The property

Sitting in a prominent position in the thriving city of Swansea, South Wales lies 4 St.Stephens Court, an attractive three-storey townhouse ideal for a family holiday.

Offering sough-after off-road parking while resting within easy reach of the city centre which boasts a stunning marina and beautiful sandy beaches, this fabulous abode is the perfect base for exploring this rich area of the country.

Stepping into the property, leave your coats and shoes in the hallway and climb the stairs up to the first floor where you will find a kitchen/diner, a dining room and a sitting room.

Providing all the appliances you need to whip up delicious feasts for the group, the kitchen is home to a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, and a good-sized fridge/freezer to assist you with your self-catering requirements.

Gather as a group to eat dinner and plan the next day of adventures; the kitchen offers dining for four guests, with further seating for six guests in the dining room which flows from the kitchen in a semi-open-plan layout, through the dining room and into the sitting room.

Snuggle up with your loved ones on the plush leather sofas to watch TV for the evening; the sitting room is also home to a balcony with a bistro dining set, perfect for escaping for your morning coffee, or even to spend a couple of hours indulging in a good book.

When the night rolls in, retire to the bedrooms to rest your head before another fun-filled day of exploring.

Climbing the stairs to the second floor, a super-king-size bedroom invites you to get some rest, also offering a zip/link feature so the room can be made up as a twin room for a flexible sleeping arrangement.

Continuing with the second floor, the master bedroom hosts a plush double bed, a large wardrobe where you can unpack your belongings, and an en-suite shower room so you can freshen up ahead of an adventurous day out.

Completing the second-floor is a final double room with plenty of storage, and a family bathroom home to a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC, so you can soak your muscles in a hot bubble bath after a tiresome day out.

Back on the ground floor, a twin bedroom, following the same calming blue and white colour scheme throughout the bedrooms, and a handy cloakroom complete the interior of the townhouse.

Venture out and discover your surroundings; Swansea is home to Plantasia a fascinating zoo and plant habitat ideal for animal lovers of all ages.

Embrace the culture of the city and take a trip to Swansea Castle to admire the grand 13th century medieval ruins, or perhaps spend an afternoon at Swansea Museum taking in the rich history of the sea, the industry and the architecture in the area.

Further afield, a scenic car journey will bring you to the bustling city of Cardiff, another magnificent city of Wales bursting with charm and history, where you will find the Principality Stadium which sport enthusiasts will enjoy, as well as a museum, and plenty more shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions.

Closer to your home away from home you will find plenty of restaurants so you can give the chef of the group a break from the cooking one evening; The Anchor, Swansea Marina is a short walk from the doorstep of the dwelling and offers a fresh menu in a friendly atmosphere with pretty views across the marina.

Pick up your essentials from one of the nearby shops; the city centre has a wealth of chain and local stores for you to choose from, the nearest from the house is the Co-op Food, and slightly further along you will find a Tesco Superstore for your larger trips.

A leisurely stroll from the house will take you to the Swansea Beach, if relaxation is your style, spend your days soaking up the sun and eating fish and chips and ice cream, before heading back to the house to rest before doing it all again the next day.

Bring your friends and family to 4 St.Stephens Court for a memorable holiday to South Wales.
