The property

Set on the Marina beachfront this 2nd floor apartment has stunning views of Swansea Bay and Mumbles.

It is a superb base from which to explore all that South Wales has to offer, including its numerous tourist attractions, beaches and historical sites.

It is within easy walking distance of the beach, city centre, local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is open plan and has a large corner sofa, sit out balcony, king size bed, well equipped kitchen and a choice of bath or walk-in shower.

Look forward to preparing a delicious home-cooked meal within the stylish kitchen before settling down with your loved one for a romantic evening meal within the dining area.

There is also a separate bathroom, where you can indulge with a relaxing soak during the evening.

A short stroll into the centre will bring you to a vast array of restaurants, bistros and takeaways for those evenings where you don’t feel like cooking.

Within a stone’s throw of the apartment is the Swansea West Pier and the long stretch of sandy beach which will take you to the majestic Mumbles.

For those feeling active, venture to the Brecon Beacons National Park, where you will be able to walk for miles with awe inspiring views to keep you company.
