    It would have been appreciated to be notified that the flat was on the 4th floor, the car parking was not really suited for a large vehicle and the since we are both over the age of 80 it would have been appreciated to be informed of the distance from the car park to the lift and then the walk from lift to the apartment. Normally this would not be a problem but with the amount of luggage that we had for the two-week stay, it required 4 trips from the car to the flat. There are a couple of things that do require attention: a) It would have been appreciated if there were hand supports to assist when showering. b) The fridge door would not close properly unless it was pushed, the unit door was catching on the inside of the unit not allowing it to close properly. I was also disappointed that we had to pay an extra £30.00 because we had to change the original dates due that our granddaughter getting married as we were not informed until after the booking. When I discussed the date change with your representative and the reason for the change was completely out of our control he insisted that it was company policy to charge an administration fee and I can assure I was not too pleased, however, if you check back on the content of our telephone conversation you will hear that I would not be considering using your company again. I assume that the owner was not involved in this transaction and neither did the owner receive any proportion of the administration fee. CE Marsden
