"Lovely cottage was great to get away under the current circumstances."
Doug and June were very helpful and even gave us some places to visit. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
"House was a bit isolated."
No shops. Pub etc. nearby
"A very good holiday accommodation and well placed for exploring this lovely county."
Would be good to have WiFi though.
"I had a comfortable week here last week, and while one of the local houses does have dogs and they did bark it was by no means excessive or disturbing."
My only gripe is this... I am 6' 6" tall and managed to brain myself several times on the low ceilings on the ground floor which had light fittings in the middle of the ceiling. For the more average height guest wha want to get away from mobile phones, the internet and everything else (except the TV) this is an excellent cottage. Highly recommended.
"Had a good holiday will use you again"
"Lovely cozy warm cottage."
Equiped to the highest standard. Idealy situated for Ipswich Bury St Edmunds Stowmarket Diss and Eye. Very generous hosts. Designated off road parking at rear. No WIFI. I was unable to get phone signal either (O2)
"The neighbour was very grumpy one side and on the other side they were doing some kind of diy that meant constant banging until 10:30pm and beginning again at 7am for a few days which was irritating but I guess unavoidable as it is a residential street."
The cottage suited my needs but lack of phone signal and wifi was limiting.
"I wanted a quiet relaxing week because it's been a very stressful year."
I got exactly what I needed. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The accommodation was warm, quiet and very comfortable. It was difficult to leave on the Saturday.
"Whilst the cottage is in a lovely location it had a number of issues that could have been improved(list left for owner)"

"The cottage was great past all expectations."
The welcome pack on arrival set the holiday on the road to success. First time we have visit Suffolk area very welcoming. We are national trust members so we visited a lot of fantastic houses. Will be back.
"Unfortunately the snow made the journey, both to and from very difficult, but we thought the cottage was really first class."
The area was interesting, but the weather restricted our travel, but we would certainly think about returning later in the year.
"Beautiful cottage with everything we needed."
Enhanced by a generous welcome pack. The only reason we would not return is because we want to visit other areas.
"Table a bit wobbly , but otherwise very well equipped and a comfortable bed."
"The only down side was no mobile or internet access."
Internet not essential, but would have been useful occasionally. However no mobile signal was not good, just in case of emergency.
"Attention to detail by owners was outstanding."
Travelling over 600 miles to be met with such a well thought out welcome pack was just great. Cuppa and a bicuit on arrival without having to find and go shopping. Well done. Very clean, well organised and great value. Neighbours very friendly too. If we were not so old and so far away we would be back tomorrow. Many thanks for all your hard work folks 10/10 from both of us and Dexi dog..
